Put some bay leaves in your rice bucket. I bought a 10 lb. bag of Jasmine rice and in about 4 months I had moths flying out of my bag. Made me sick to lose all that rice. Lesson learned - now I will freeze it for 3 days and store it in a bucket with bay leaves!

You could make whey soda with the cherry juice. Add 1/4 cup of whey from strained yogurt. Bottle and burp everyday for several days until it gets bubbly, then put it in the fridge. Delicious!
Something you may not have thought of, if you lacto ferment a pint jar of diced onions (with a little thyme added) you can keep it in the frig for about a year. Added bonus is it's good for your digestion. I keep one and it comes in really handy when I just a little bit of onion.
Hello! How does the mother's choice butter compare to regular store bought butter? Taste, color etc? I've considered buying this butter from Azure but it's slightly more expensive than what's in my local store. Just wondering if the higher price is worth it. Thanks!
