Demi and Tori trallg impressed me here, it’s like they’ve been working hard on their technique, range, and upperbelts. Ariana hasn’t done much lately vocally wise. But cheers on Demi and Tori 🙏🏽 Tori won a little bit more for me, I feel like Tori’s voice will be healthy for 95 more years
they for sure are all great, but i somehow think Ari and Tori are a different league than Demi. Ari’s clips could have been better, i was a huge fan of demi, even saw her live, and i have to admit that her belting is great and her technique has improved a lot but she still sounds pitchy and shouty, and tends to be off key during the verses a lot. Tori and Ariana are just naturally agile, like singing is just easy for them. That’s my opinion of course, I feel like Demi wants to do more than she naturally can and maybe not in a really healthy way. She has some incredible performances when in her best shape, but seems to get tired soon while ari and tori can hit all the notes for a whole tour
Technique wise, Ariana has the best head voice, upper belts, whistles and has way more ease than all of them. Tori & Ariana both got equal perfect vibrato Tori only leads in low notes, mid belts, agility Demi sadly doesn’t win anything against Tori and Ariana
I agree with some of the things you said but saying Demi 'Sadly doesn't win anything' is too much of a stretch. Ariana has the technique, range, ease, etc. but when it comes to power, resonance, diction, and emotion, Demi has it better. Even several vocal coaches here in RU-vid said so, too. -And yeah, Tori is just always amazing.

Like I love Tori DOWNNN but saying Demi doesn’t “win anything” over her is crazy and definitely an understatement of their vocal prowess. Tori has so much more tension than Demi in the upper-belt area. Tori has to riff down upper-belts because her tessitura is CLEARLY lower than Demi’s lol. Let’s not act like Demi isn’t one of the best when it comes to mixing.
Disagree. She has so much problems with her upper mix/belts but her midbelt is actually one of the best in her generation. Full and has lots of overtune in that. U should listen to her performed "O holy night" and "oceans" .
They all have different skills in upper belts Ari: Ari sounds ease and sweet like an angel Demi: sounds power and metallic Tori: have the ability to make pretty difficults riffs in this zone
They are all good sopranos and Tori has a naturally higher timbre than the demi, but she has more strength and power than Ariana even though they are the same notes

Speaking about belts alone, i loved Demi. I really don’t appreciate Tori’s chestiness above C#5 lol, Ariana is great. For overall singing technique, accuracy in pitch, agility etc. Tori is well ahead the others, then Ariana, then Demi

I feel they’re all very different styles yet similar at the same time. They are all phenomenal singers. Tori and Demi have been practicing on their belts for a minute and the improv is definitely paying off and working. They all have something different that makes me admire them all. Like Tori’s light angelic soothing-Gospel raspy voice, Demi’s rock hard yet light powerful voice, and Ari’s light tone.
Love Ari, but Demi and Tori are true belting queens. Their resonance and placement are fantastic. Ariana didn’t have a single resonant belt in this video lol Ariana is impressive in that she can do all that she does with a relatively bad technique. She’s very similar to Xtina. Both have huge vocal ranges and great control, but don’t do anything particularly good technically. Although both of them have weirdly good low notes. People also think Ariana is always on the heady mixing side, but she’s actually not consistent with that at all. In many of the clips here, Demi and Tori have a more head-dominant mix going.
ariana bad technique? if we're talking about the yours truly to dangerous woman era you would be right, but in swt she supported many of her E5's and her late performances like the live from london and the met gala most of her upper belts have been supported and with really great placement. She just has a really light voice. When did singing loud or piercing became being a good singer? Ariana has and will preserve her voice intact for many many years with her technique. and saying she's inconsistent?? the swt was night after night of high notes and at thr end she had barely any signs of being tired.
People are still not over that supported/resonant shit? Ariana is literally having a successful singing career for 10 years at this point, and barely had any voice problems at all, yet it’s always Ariana having alleged bad technique. Logic

Singing bunch of high notes in long period of time doesn't automatically make u agreat singer but the resonance quality (overtone, depthness) that u produce. Ariana's coordination is actually very easy and simple, there are so many sopranos outthere who can sing as good as her on high notes using the same coordination. Ariana true prime is HMT. She sounds most rounded and has enough overtone (even though still Tiny compared to Tori below Eb5 for an exmp) on that era. She belts anything till Bb5 and have it her all . Her downfall started from Dangerious woman.
She's starting to using mix voice more and lightening her belt which is good above F5. But her tone is crushed. 2015-2016 confident era is her best tone. Thick, not overly bright, and full. Now its too twangy
Hard battle. C5 is Demi. C#5-E5 overall obviously Tori. F5-G5 are Demi and Ariana Teritory. But I will give it to Demi since she can bring so much thickness and vibrato on that high while maintain easiness. G#5-end ofc Ari.
I don’t know about Demi having F5-G5, at least for the reasons you said. She loses support whenever she adds vibrato. It’s not her best aspect unfortunately
@@imgabebroher F5-G5 timbre wise is generally more appealing and beautiful but she lacks depthness, stamina, and control compared the other two. That note is a childplay for Ari and Demi.
@@josivantorres2218I agree she mostly loses supports when she add vibrato. But her coordination on that note (old ways live) is actually spectacular. The fact that she can carry *full edge mode* and add vibrato on that note is insane. Vibrato wheter it's good perfect or not is a good indicator that your note is sustainable and well controlled. Ariana can do the same thing, *but without* edge mode which is why Demi beats her from F5-G5 quality wise.
Well it’s not for make a battle between us but I think the opposite cuz we know that Ari voice is so sweet and beautiful so what I see is that the person that made the video tried to find clips in where Ari’s belt sounds heavier as Tory and Demi to make the battle more difficult for us bc in most of these clips the power of the 3 at just exactly the same heheh 😂❤
I like Tori and Ariana both for different reasons, but my personal preference is Tori over Ari and Demi. though they are both still great, I just prefer Tori’s voice💜
