Keeping it original, do understand. Reliability and simplicity are the key to a successful project build. Having the car around for 20+ more years and still running strong,6.0ls is the answer. Easier to tune and the correct choice of the millennium. Just love me some G-Body cars. Especially since I owned a 84 cutlass supreme Calais T-top car. Charcoal grey with the light grey vinyl top. I sure miss mine!!!
P.s those spacers are not hub centric. Just means they have a lip off front of spacer that is same size as centerbore of rims. I got 12mm Camaro SS ones fit wonderful
Beutiful truck im also doing a 06 6.0 LS swap in my obs k2500 crew cab. Mine is same as your truck. I installed a move front and rear bumper. I put tow mirrors and have 18" aftermarket wheels for summer months. Also doing my cab corners and rockers panels. Im located in Wisconsin it be sweet to hookup and meet with trucks. Dont see many trucks like ours.
Love the swap 👍 got a ?? For u ...I got a 99 Chevy k3500 with a 7.4 got a 2004 escalade with 6.0 want to install on my 99 can I use same harness from my 99 ???
Sorry I wish I could tell u they were some cheap truck headers i found on marketplace but there’s plenty room for whatever truck headers the problem is the 4x4 front axle shaft
Man thats a beautiful truck. Love your drive and ambition so positive. Im wanting to swap the 5.7 in my 2000 obs k2500 for a 5.3 which 6.0 would be ideal but a built 5.3 should be just fine.. my concern is a proper transmission. 4L80 rebuilt or could i throw in anything else?
