I wasted a day trying to hook this up. After many promises to return it I had it set so decided to try it out. Water bursting out of 1st filter. Im returning it and might classify it as the worst item I have ever bought. Ill spend the extra couple bucks for an easy installation and the extra room. Hope they enjoy the mess they're getting back.
How kong should it take for water to start flowing from the faucet? I can hear water running through the system but nothing us coming out if the faucet
It need 1 hour to fill full the storage tank. I see you can get pure water after 10-15 minutes. Note: Plesae flush all filters 30 minutes before you drink it.
This music is terrible. It is not fit this video you should have verbal instructions. Also, why wouldn’t you just give a detailed instruction on paper with the unit?
Couldn't this person talk and not just play some song? My god some companies don't care about customer satisfaction at all. I've read many negative comments about installation. I've installed other filters before and I see this product's booklet is so vague.
I bought this type of system from geek pure. The RO tank was about 1 gallon. We bought a 5 gallon ( 4 gallon full water potential) tank, but it ONLY fills 1 GALLON at a time. What would i need to correct so the system can fill 4 gallons water INSTEAD of 1 gallon currently? Thank you for any help 🙏
I have been having issues with my setup. I have installed all the lines correctly and can hear water flowing through stages 1,2 and 3 but nothing going further, nothing to the tank, nothing to stage 5,6 (Alkaline Stage), and nothing to faucet. Can you please advise best troubleshooting for this.
Please check your feed water pressure. if less 50 psi, it must to add boost pump before Ro membrane. please contact with us and mail to general@geekpure.cc thanks.
While the manual does need a few updates. Fairly easy installation. Do I need the flow restrictor? The flow restrictor that goes into the drain does not fit the red tubing. Thank you
I'm doing the same thing, Today actually. Underneath the sink just has no working room. SO MUCH easier putting it directly below the sink in the basement.
Hello I purchased my Geek Pure 8 months ago and changed my Filters, the canisters won’t stop leaking….I’ve left several email messages with company. They haven’t responded back in anyway!!! Is there a phone number to speak with a person?!
This video has some really bad issues and having a hard time trying to load it. It won't play. Everything else on RU-vid works perfect except this video
Did your filter turn orangish/brown pretty quick? Mine did, within a week and a half, I believe, and it's only me. Says clean the ceramic with sand paper but didn't have any so I used the scrubby side of a sponge (no soap) and then put back together and continued using it. It was permanently discolored now. I do hope it's filtering well... I may just get a more known brand like Pur or Brita
Nice info, needs a bit of language usage work as per "Enlarge lifetime" to increase lifetime and "To protect" vs "for protecting" granted I have no other language to boast about or make snide remarks about. I'm watching a 12/17' and this is 20' so.......To protect vs for protecting
The filter on top that he puts in at 2:30. Is there a wrapper that needs to be removed or do you just put it in like he showed with the blue plastic still on it? Thanks
