Bro i downloaded and installed the same fall of the windy city mod and installed the same reshade as you provided but it never looked like this 11:35 feels more reddish colour with that reshade help man....
in my opinion , i think N&R mod is the best while rainy time , but overall is Fall of windy city , but my best mod not including in video is revival 1.5 , so much good espcially in night , and i think expouser and destruction effects wae mastered in this mod to be same as e3 .
Hey there! I am getting the 6650xt for a Ryzen 5 5600g, bit like your setup (except the 5600 G), do you play other games like ready or not such as Six Days In Fallujah, Ground Branch, Squad etc? The Fall of Windy City its the best, most realistic. But you really need to do something with antialiasing, its horrible and really doomed main point of your video.
Yes it's normal that the GPU isn't being used 100% when you're playing at low settings. When using very high settings, it requires more of the GPU, so the usage is more stable being between 97% and 99%.
I was a bit curious why you made this video. The latency with frame generation at 60fps feels like a 30 fps. Latency feels over 60ms, maybe 100ms. It would get you more views and be more useful to community if title/thumb/description showed why this video should be watched. Perhaps what you were trying to accomplish. Using Upscaling without FG gives much better latency. The game will feel much more responsive at slower capped frame rates. I feel your system latency would be very low maybe sub 50ms. Still a bit puzzled over why use this 60fps cap with rtss. Is the lower wattage useful on a desktop. Maybe that 10C dropped fans to silent mode as they can spin 1000rpm slower? I actually don't normally cap fps with fg on as it is useless in competitive games, and the experience suffers somewhat as generated frames are on screen much longer. This is why I suggest upscaling only. I wish you some fun gaming. I'm enjoying HFW and LukeFZ mod sometimes too.
I'd recommend you look at Ancient Gameplays videos on adding XeSS 1.3 by downloading sdk, rename old xess.dll to xess.dll.old and copy new 1.3 to HFW game folder. XeSS 1.3 will look pretty good even on large 27" screen. Before xess 1.3 id just use no upscaling or fsr3 10.4 by lukefz mode with no upscaling and fg. Odd how the performance shows for you. I typically get around 10% more performance on balanced/quality. I can't remember if it was balanced or quality i had set it to. im have 6600M with 5800H on my laptop. I've tuned with morepowertool or upp when on linux
Yup, I thought the same. I restarted the game multiple times and redid the recordings. But I did notice a change when using medium settings and that's why I did a new video with those+FSR quality vs LukeFZ mod. Thanks for the tip. I'll check his stuff 👍👍
He did, some mods come with "Maldo texture pack" which removes mipmaps from textures and creates the shimmering effect, this is a mod that should never be used yet here we are
@@HeySlickThatsMe how do I fix this aliasing. it the same thing with the the fall of windy city mod. game is shimmery and aliased AF after installing that. it comes with the source textures pack and some relief map stuff already merged.
@@HeySlickThatsMe i have merged living city (only required files from fhe loose file version) with the fall of the windy city(packed version, which comes with the the source textures pack and the relief map stuff already in it). Using temporal SMAA. I am kinda bummed.

Ultra Settings are the problem here, with 6650 on high settings and cowd density on medium u can hold up to average 64FPS with RT on high and balanced FSR2.1 at 1080p. Iam still not in dog town but I doubt it will be any diferent there...
I've been testing those settings on the latest patch and I don't get past 40 something fps. I tried both quality and balance fsr presets, high settings, medium crowd density and RT reflections, sun shadows, local shadows on, with lighting on medium and ultra preset. Path tracing options off. Also when you get to Dog Town you'll probably notice a performance drop because a lot people noticed too, you can check some comments on Reddit.
wait so u wont reach even average 60FPS outside of Dogtown with 6650/Ryzen 5 5600/16GBDDR4 with hight preset, RT ON/FSR2.1? btw if theres going to be even 7FPS drop in Dog Town I will have to turn RT off xD
@@tomasmarlen6582 Yes, these cards are not good to play with RT enabled. People that want those features should buy NVidia. And to me it doesn't make sense to have RT on and FSR on because of the poor image quality.
Yeah ur right, despite the fact Iam having about 14 more FPS in general (not recording/DDR5) its still not worth having RT ON especially after arriving in Dog Town, not even starting about FSR2.1 looking bad as hell... thx for a vid :) @@bruhdawg94

Thanks! I already tried it, but unfortunately there's a bug between that technology and MSI Afterburner. It won't show the FPS on the footage while AFMF is enabled. I'm waiting for the official release.
