Watch Dogs 2013 Modpack Graphics Mods + AFMF [RX 6650 XT] 

This mod is a combination of graphics and gameplay. I'm not showing everything in this video, but there are changes on the UI, fog, clouds, music,
vehicle handling, etc.
This video is not supposed to be a comparison with other GPU's. Just a showcase with the RX 6650 XT and the rest of my specs.
I tried to record the FPS, but unfortunately I couldn't. I believe it's a problem from AMD drivers, but I'll continue to try in future recordings. The majority of the times I'm getting above 100 fps with AMFM enabled.
The blur you see when I drive the car or ride the bike is not from the graphical mod, but from other mod that I have to toggle off the HUD. I could easily bypass this bug by turning off motion blur, but I didn't want to.
No Reshade this time.
