Namaste sir. After watching your videos i switched to millet diet last winters. I was diagnosed with ibs, pcos and insulin resistance. I did mistake of not soaking them therefore it caused me excess bloating and heat and acne in last few months. Also I'm under lot of stress and anxiety due to which i could see any positive change in my reports but my hemoglobin was raised with millet diet.so now I'll soak them and see the changes in next 6 months on my health. Sir, could you please guide me, as I'm totally dependent on millet for lunch and dinner, can i take 2 fist per day of same millet ? And can i have it like daily for long run ?

Can we make millet porridge with millet flour? Or we should compulsorily follow normal method of millet porridge ( Flour here am mentioning is Millets after soaking for 6-8 hrs.after that millets ate sun-dried and flour is prepared) I want to know if we can make millet porridge directly from millet flour amd ferment it Because we can keep the millet flour for few months and it will be time saving...... Do both have same benefits?

Mam there are some diseases which are not mentioned. For example Gallbladder cancer. There is no protocol regarding this . Also protocol of Tinnitus. In that condition what should we do ? Should we email to Dr. Khadir Valli regarding this ?
Hi mam i took 400g of fresh mushrooms after sun drying for 3 days it became 40g. But since you have specified it to be 100g of dried mushroom will not be too much for one person?
