What a joke... 120k at Blackstone means back- or middle office role so he didn't get a front office role while 70k at McK is front office... if you compared equal offerings - i.e. both front office - then Blackstone wins hands down as at Blackstone you work on deals and companies while McK is just meaningless powerpoint work.
Seriously what's the difference between Blackstone vs. McKinsey? You just went from like red apples to green apples. Both are pretty much the same thing imho.
