Argentina is a incredible country, but leftists politicians break our economy, latin America should ban leftists politicians, so our countries will develop. Here in Brazil Lula put more higher taxes and the prices of things here are increasing, I ask you, why the f*ck you put more taxes in a country where majority of population are poor? Leftists politicians should be banned. 😠

The information is interesting but it's really hard to watch. It's not only the cringy phone joke, loudly chewing on things and calling people "retards". Somehow between all of that you also come across as a general douchebag just by the way you talk and look. It's a shame because the content of what you say is still interesting.

Hi! I lived in Moscow too, and the inflation is hugh recently, whether on food, accommodation, transports, etc... For food and accommodation, living in Moscow became as expensive as in Western Europe. So you better be a digital nomad or have a Western salary, because russian salaries don't match the cost of life (they are basically two to three times less paid for the same work than in Western Europe). It is becoming harder by the way for foreigners to find jobs or housing since March of this year or so. The backlash from the Crocus attack is hugh on foreigners, wherever you come from. I hoped you could have mentioned those points, but anyway, good video, thank you !

Maybe after the war is over, reparations paid, all Ukrainian kidnapped children returned, all atrocities accounted for and war criminals handed over to The Hague, Russia dissolved into independent democratic states with fundamental human right and property laws enshrined in constitutions, disarmed of its Nuclear stockpile, removal of Russian troops from Georgia and Africa..and Hell freezing over.

Amazing video man. Seriously good info. One small question if someone reads this : At the very end, when talking about Mercury, you mention that they will want to be sure you are planning to hire someone in the US. What if its not the case? Are there other alternatives that will not ask such questions? Thanks!

20% is low compared to the US. Government and bankers have perfected stealing over half of yearly salaries and produce a populous where at least half are dumb enough to not see a problem. There's no perfrct place in the world but Argentina still sounds like it's top of the list all things considered

I think as soon as maduro go out, in 5 years those apartments will cost 4 times the actual price. People will regret not buying, I’ll gonna buy all I can. I know the country, I know the people, I know the special love Venezuelans and foreigners have for Margarita, and they will wish come back and will pay for that. Also Venezuela have enormous potential, the economy can grow for years, meanwhile big economies will suffer recessions. People in some cities in USA or Europe cannot afford live there anymore. Venezuelans will get back to their country with money, experience, and ready to build the great country we used to be.

The golden visa programs are meant for people with 5-10 million USD but for some reason end up being marketed towards the average joe who is angry at their country. Most people are better off getting residencies and trying to naturalize.

Getting a residence in Argentina with Rentista is really much easier than you think. But on social media, especially lawyers and consultants exaggerate this business. What is described in practice and on paper is very different and misleading information. Now I will give everyone free information based on experience. Here's what you need to do: 1- Your criminal record 2- Rental contract in your name for the house you rented in Argentina 3- 3 withdrawal receipts from Western Union for at least 2000 dollars. Apply and see the result. You don't need dozens of confusing documents. The immigration office is not in a position to verify any financial documents from your country. They don't even understand foreign bank statements. Don't worry about those consultants and lawyers. They are all bullshitting.
@nomadic-mind

I think those numbers are probably accurate as to how many people are actually naturalizing. Most Americans go to either Mexico or Costa Rica and stop there. There may only be only 1,000 or less Americans who are full time residents in most of these South American countries. Tourism is another story.
