It’s not fake.. When capt Chris came back from a trip he accidentally drop the red fish in the water and it was dead…so it was floating and gabe saw it under the docks and went in there to get the red fish

You can fillet it so much easier than what you did and faster just cut around the rib bones don't pull them out with the fillet it's easier and faster and you always get boneless fillets I just filleted one today
