I have a lot of thoughts... Hey! My name is Hannah and I love to post commentary-style videos relating to multi-level marketing companies, scams, cults, and influencer/social media culture. My two cats Zeke (crazy) and Cooper (chill) make such frequent appearances in my videos that I'm basically just a guest on their channel at this point. I'm so happy you're here! 13:50 Anything is better than joining an MLM. However, going to college & getting a Degree may or may not be worth the cost at the end. It depends what the degree is in. And it seems some colleges like Columbia are allowing students to create their major & it's in nothing that will get them a job after the fact. So there is that.
I have had type 1 diabetes for almost 15 years and I'm shocked that anyone could be so delusional that they would be able to convince someone they would not need insulin if they used a supplement. Maybe someone who was recently diagnosed would be more susceptible if they have not already gained an understanding of type 1 but if anyone tried this pitch on me I would likely give them a piece of my mind about how offensive it is to even suggest such a thing.
Just wanted to add that the “gut” isn’t a thing in professional settings. Doctors will mention your intestines or other specific areas of the digestive tract. The word “gut” means nothing and if someone uses it to sell you something, it’s probably a scam.
Our family has 2 kids and I wish we could give them their own rooms, but we had to downsize to a 2 bedroom apartment. I would not be able to live with myself stuffing this many children on a BUS and posting about it on social media!
This all reminds me of the old joke... A couple who had recently joined an MLM found they had one a million dollars in the lottery. When asked what they were going to do with this windfall, they said "We're going to keep working our business until its all gone." 😂😂😂
I think its kind of crappy that as women we judge each other and hate on each other so much. As if men already don't do that to us, why would we do that to each other? Shouldn't we congratulate them on making their own money?
I have the opposite of the sad garden dad story: I used to have a plot in a community garden in the Pacific Northwest, and one of the neighboring gardeners was an older man from Jordan. He was very friendly, and was excited to practice his english. The only downside is I have some auditory processing issues, and I have extra trouble keeping up with conversations. I tried explaining that, and google translate was definitely not much help. We gave up, and mostly chatted about how our gardens were doing. Anyway, he was nice, and always insisted on offering me and anyone younger than 40 a piece of hard candy.
I've been benging your videos and we had a family friend who did Kirby when I was a kid (she didn't make it, she actually has a heart) anyway I know Kirby still has quality so I looked them up and now they have a vacuum for hard floors with attachment for wet roll and water bucket it looks cool but it's like 600$
I don't feel very bad for them... 1) It's not a "safe" job to begin with, your pay was never a guarantee and could be cut/changed at any time. You are not a regular employee. They should have known this going in. 2) I cannot feel bad for those who will no longer make money off of other people's work/sales. 3) I dare say *all* of the people at the top have built their "business" on deceit, manipulation and using others. So nope, don't feel too bad.
I think this is a little crazy but as someone who lives in France and has struggled with the Summer heat being very pregnant I have to say I love how my Stanley cup keeps my water nice and cool even when I leave it in the car and it's very hot on the outside. I'm very thankful for this cup in this season of life. Will I fight someone else over a specific stanley colour? No! But I do enjoy the one I have.
OMG , I wish i had found this video yesterday morning. I just dealt with a person who I thought had her own cosmetic line...but Seint is MLM...I am shocked.
I'm so happy that someone is pointing this out for all the people who need it. I feel like too many Americans are "followers" in all aspects of their lives and are se easily influenced which is why all these creators have jobs. My only disappointment from this is when you say, "what we lack" I think that's a bad word for it. You're only lacking, truly, if you are unable to purchase necessities.
As someone with 3 siblings who were all homeschooled by my mom (funnily also ex air force) she did a genuinly amazing job at giving us the attention we needed. I don't think that's by any means the standard, but it's definitely possible. I don't think adding more though would work well.
The truth is that they do sales already but who they are selling to is their downline. Who are going to buy their products if they dont have a team to force to buy?
Also (sorry for the ridiculous amount of comments 🤦🏽♀️) but I used to be a monat rep and I was just wondering where the "hun" term comes from? Is it new in the business? Like that's what they're being called? Lol
I just realized, I sent you an email regarding an MLM I was involved in and in it I mentioned monat being the only one however I just realized Beachbody is an MLM and I remember having their protein shake. A friend reached out to me and I was able to get it for like $50 I believe but she never told me she signed me up for a flexship and the next month I was charged $200 for ONE BAG (30 day supply of protein). I was completely in shock. I immediately cancelled it. Luckily that was easy to do.

The stay at home mum spending in a day trope is so pointless, needless and SO self involved. It gives me such and ick to hear someone was lyrical about their boujie lifestyle. Who cares how much they spend? These days we'd be more interested in being told about ways to save. The lady 'working out' needs to get a supportive top/bra to work out in or she will potentially have issues later in life. It's like watching a bad Baywatch rerun. Also if she did all that and didn't sweat, maybe she needs to see a doctor because after doing all those exercises, people should be breaking a sweat. Also I hope the kid wasn't left alone during her fictitious work out/coffee run. The 5am dude... who records themselves waking up like that? Sus. There's just so much that's dodgy about all these people. As the dude said "aesthetics bro", that's all they care about. IMO they are all vacuous poser. It's so cringe that not only do they think people care about them enough to be interested, but they have gone to the effort of faking it. Kinda sad.
I love how approachable you make understanding social media culture and if I ever teach a class on an adjacent topic, your videos will be a resource on my syllabus. Also, your hair is hypnotizing--I wish I knew you in real life.
Trad wives are definitely setting feminism back and that's because that's exactly what they want. We can see in every part of the world that women are leaning towards left/progressive ideology while men stay centric or sometimes lean further right than their parents or grandparents. Trad wife content is the perfect subversion of this reality which will draw engagement from every perspective. It's a successful business model I have to admit.
If they were really successful, and learned and practiced some great skills working in this industry, the skills are in demand in the business world, whether in human resources, sales, leadership, etc.
I don’t feel bad for the consultants for the sheer fact that their whole business model has been predatory their primary income stream came straight from their victims . It’s karma
