I also make easy travel guides and vlogs about awesome places around the world that I visit with my tech and travel gear. My first computer was a Sinclair ZX Spectrum when I was 13. After I moved to NZ in 2005, I flew to California to buy the first iPhone when it came out. I've been into photography since I first used a darkroom at 14, & digital photo & video since it was possible. Hi, is it possible to use the interval function on insta360 go3s with this stats tracker? Im not sure if it will work as the camera turns off during the times that it is not recording.
8:00 wait what !! you can't check in items with batteries inside ?? You need to take it with you in a carry in so in the cabin with you really ? If you do that are you allowed to bring an external powerbank. And before you say it varies with every country and airline .. i realize that when the times comes i will read the fine print but i'm just curious to what you do.
Believe it or not the art gallery is actually pre-earthquake. In fact it was used as the main base of operations for the recovery efforts immediately following the various big quakes.
@@TheTechPacker The building itself was mostly intact, just some minor cracking in places, but the foundations got pretty wrecked, yeah. It took about 5 years to reopen it.
I have been looking for this solution for quite a while, and I thought I finally found it. However, they updated the app, and removing that annoying text is no longer possible. Do you have any other suggestions, perhaps? Alternatively, what do you think of installing an old version? Do you still know which version have you uised for this video? I may try and install it from here andoid Arch website.....
For microphone figured it out follow this instructions “Head to your iPhone settings and find the Control Center. Press the record button and tap the microphone icon to turn on screen capture with audio recording functionality”

Im curious if anyone can help me with the charging. Whats the indication that the box is fully charged? The color indicator shows green for a sec then it went off. What does it mean? Help
Sorry. No hate. But you said auto settings and then you began to move around an option for seconds i would have liked explaining. And then you said shoot with and without star trails and you didn’t show how with that either. Lol. Your doing a great job I’m just a nut.
Great video well done ! Looking to buy a fast video editing tablet ,i noticed export of a 4K video from 360 camera footage is very slow in the insta360 app. Which of the following would you recommend for very fast exports ? -samsung galaxy tab S9 ultra -Ipad Pro
Hi there - sorry, I’m not in a great position to compare as I haven’t used an Android tablet for years. I do have a 3rd gen iPad Pro and it is excellent. Renders pretty fast from insta360 app. Hope that helps a bit.
Can I recommend shooting 1440p instead, it records with 80mbs instead of the 40 with 2.7k It reduces motion lag / light shifting and makes the overall viewing experience more fluid and enjoyable ☺️💪
Face metering looks at the light on your face and exposes the whole image based on that reading - matrix metering takes the light across the whole frame into account. Face metering is like center-weighted metering in this explanation: photographylife.com/understanding-metering-modes
Excellent talk, as we can cover it all, be overkill: watch vids, read comments, decide the model and sleep on it. I lean to one because the win 11 lenova Yoga 7I , is what will decide when I trial mine if I go for one thanks for the advice and support FISH
Or stay zoomed in to capture audio signal levels that would otherwise be too weak to listen, trade off is on image slightly being zoomed in as 1.1-1.9x can amplify audio without using a mic. ( that’s what I noticed )
I am the new owner of Go 3s (which arrived yesterday). Also, this is my first action camera. After watching the video and reading the comments several times, I understand 50% of the issue. Never heard the word FreeFrame before. I am still not sure if that is a term used just for 360 cameras or a term describing the mode of recording for any action camera However, I am under pressure to understand 100% since I have a return window clock ticking. The problem is... I don't know what I don't know... I purchased the camera to have a hassle-free camera to record family outings.... trips ..etc. is it correct to say that the biggest issue is how much the 3S camera crops, especially in the vertical mood when recording? (I just learned 9:16 is another way to say record vertically ... just to show how uninformed I am on this topic) I guess filming in freeframe mode gives you flexibility when editing the recording for use? thanks for any help
Hi. If you just wanted a small cam to record 4k in horizontal, and you didn't come from a GO 3, then it's most likely going to be great for you. Shooting in Freeframe mode will give you horizon levelling, and flexibility when editing in the app after you've recorded, for different kinds of output - horizontal, vertical or square.. In the GO 3, this looked the same no matter what orientation you hell the camera. For the GO 3S, its different depending on the orientation in which you start the recording. But if you're just shooting in 4K mode and not editing in the app, it'll be less of an issue. Like I say, most of the dissatisfaction comes understandably from GO 3 users who wanted 4K, but wanted the cam to perform as it did on the GO 3 when using Freeframe. Looks like you can't have both.
