Yaptım harika oldu. Ben bazı ekleme çıkarmalar yaptım ama yıldız anason bulamadım, acı sos bulamadım onu sanırım kendi yapmış, kışın domates kullanmak istemedim kendi yaptığım domates konservesini koydum. Hi! Thank you for watching. Dried peppercorn used here is also called Sichuan peppercorn, it has a bit of spice and is used in lot of Asian/Central Asian cooking. If you can’t find it, just a normal black pepper is fine too 👍
