Have you ever tried to know what the scholars have said about putting water into the nostrils during ablution? Have they said its fard ? Do you mean to say if quran speaks about 5 times daily prayers one cannot pray for than five times specially in middle of night after praying the five prayers? If quran says wash your mouth and hands etc. and the hadeeth says prophet s.a.w use to clean more parts and its the sunnah , does it contradict Qur'an? You said sunnah is something which muslims have been doing since prophet's time. Can you show me any evidence the muslims use to pray while travelling all four rakahs till after 200 years hadeeth collection came into existence and muslims started shortening the prayer? If the hadeeth are authentic then you cannot say it contradicts Qur'an because Allah said if you fear for your life you can shorten your prayers but prophet s.a.w according to hadeeth prophet s.a.w said its the gift from God while traveling you can shorten your prayer ... does it contradict Qur'an? Please brother leave doctrines behind and hold to the Quran. Study it and rely on the guidance found in it. I am doing my research on riba and interest. Am not yet sure what to think. But I know for sure that the Shahada is to ALLah alone. And that bukhari and sayings like it are not supported or recommended by ALLah 6:19. The glorious Koran simply asks believers to spend a fair portion of their wealth in the cause of Allah. There is no specific percentage that one must spend. The fair portion implies that the more you spend, the greater the reward will be.
Much of the Quran's content is influenced by the work done by Egyptian scientists and astronomers. Most of the rest is just stories made up to support the Idea of a 'god'. The Bible is just the same. Evolution has proved that Man was not created by any 'god'. The 'big bang' is not mentioned in the Quran. When a student takes an interest bearing loan, he is not consuming RIBA even if the interest rate is very high. It is the lender who is guilty of RIBA if the interest rate is exorbitant. So, a student can take a loan for studies.

Remember one fundamental principle regarding the relationship between RIBA and commodities. When you lend a loan in the form of a commodity, say 10 tolas of gold, then you are only allowed to take back 10 tolas of gold of the same quality. This is permissible as per the glorious Koran. However, if you ask for, say, 11 tolas of gold from the debtor, then 1 additional tola that you are demanding is RIBA in the sight of Allah Almighty. Finally, there is no prohibition in doing gold business provided you charge a fair price and the buyer willingly agree to it.

In another vedio ,one scholar said that, riba is what ever increase or profit we get, should give 20 percentage of gained amount . Not all amount's 20 percentage, only increased amount's 20 percentage give charity. Other wise it become riba. Is is right. I am confuced

There is no Riba in it because the person has contributed through a stream of payments spread over several years, while the lumpsum payment at maturity commands more or less the same purchasing power that was identical with the stream of contributions at those specific times. Annuities and like products are essentially designed to compensate for the loss in the purchasing power of money rather than exorbitant gains.

The problem is, that interest may merge with riba. One bank may take five per cent for a loan, another nine per cent, another fifteen per cent, and so on. So, what tool do we have to determine what is interest and what becomes riba? Or who is authorized to determine what is rational custom (interest) and what is excessive (riba)? Do you think, that there is any hint in the Quran to answer this question?
