Raja exists in disrepair because of little competition, always operates when others don't and has the support of powerful Phantip Travel. Seatran ferry is better operated with a nice refurbished facility at Don Sak.
It's no good to be in an open area because you can see daylight. You've got to be on a street with tall buildings to block off the area outside of the ban.
Gambling, Gunpowder, PVC I think you mean the Americans or even Chinese but I think you will find these rocket festivals in Pai are a recent import to entertain the tourists. You use military grade tents as Shelter & lower the flaps during dust storms, keeps dust out & takes 10 people to setup with each pole (HeeBeeGeeBee's healing camp has them, reach out)
There's definitely other things to do. People were still partying and riding their bikes during the whiteouts. No workshops were really happening but we all made it work
It was awesome! Glad I didn't blow my $2500 on a luxury Caribbean cruise and did this instead!...and what about that week straight of 100F temperatures? What a hoot! I'll NEVER forget this!
Tonight on BMNTV our very own Chris Pirazzi shows you the side of Burning Man... THEY DON'T WANT YOU TO SEE! Stay tuned at 11 EST after the Big Burn Theory as Chris hits the dust ravaged "streets" of the "Playa" in his years long effort to find a decent clean porto so he can pinch a loaf without having to pinch his nose literally the ENTIRE time! Spoiler! Chris started dry heaving and didn't wipe completely! All this while,...oh yeah, ALSO! Chris tries to spot a single fucking water truck and uncover the mystery of that one dude who tagged along back to camp with Jessica after the man burn because Chris is pretty fucking sure he took his last deluxe cup o' noodle without asking and that shit ain't cool! Stop bringing randos back to camp Jessica "The Village Bicycle" aka "Bicycle". We can ALL - ALWAYS hear you! Literally, every time. At 11!
@@lurkertech So listen, Chris, we here at BMNTV love the work you're doing for us, we really do, but the numbers just simply aren't there baby! 76 subscribers? and how many views exactly? We are looking to draw in the "right" or white kind of audience, you know doll-face, you've been there. And quite frankely your radical ideas on self expression and reliance are a tad too "woke" for us - we are going to have to let you go. Please hand over your badge, gun and baggie of ketamine before you exit-us. We look forward to forgetting we fired you in the near future for not adequately praising our previous comment/bit with a crying laughing emoji. Mmmmkay now, buh-bye!
honestly not sure why everyone thinks this year was so dusty... id say it was pretty standard. it was really only friday night and saturday... every other day was primo.
You'd think that would help, but it makes no difference in these storms. The dust gets EVERYWHERE, even into sealed cars. The only thing that helps a bit is to install the upwind walls so that you don't get sandblasted. Downwind walls basically do nothing and make your tent oven-like.
