This history site deals with the Nazi and Communist periods of twentieth century history and in particular WW2 and the Holocaust. My aim here is to present my own material. As a researcher I am fortunate in two ways. The first is that I know various languages which gives me access to far more materials and original documentation and the second is that as a digital nomad living in a motorhome and travelling around, I can get to those places which interest me - that is why you will find here original research unavailable elsewhere on the internet and you will get a chance to see what the places described look like today. I believe that it is very important for a serious historian to look at all sources and maintain neutrality. what happened to the 4 million at auschwitz because the totals have changed since the original plague was replaced? why is the total so much less now ? does this change the 6million that has been taught worldwide for so long?
I read that during the Warsaw Uprising, Dirlewanger recruited, or was sent, 1900 troops from this correctional facility. I've also read that the inmates were compelled to do hard physical labor. It included many convicted officers and NCO's as well. In addition, if I'm getting it right, all the inmates were Waffen SS? Cowardice was a common infraction.
And how ironical, israel is now the one doing the murders of Palestinians, men, eomen and children. They who experienced the cruelty of Hitler are Hitler themselves.
Thanks Alan for another superb video. Ive been wanting to find out more about Eimann for some time now. I was first put on to him in Michael Burleigh's "Death and Deliverance" . He looks in the photograph, like an archetypal Totenkopf SS. I knew about his activities in Danzig-West Prussia but nothing else so I've learnt something. All the best Alan and trying to keep up with your videos.
Thanks for commenting. I have never heard of Death and Deliverance - however I was thinking now that I need to update this video due to new discoveries, including mass graves with people I assume (but do not know) were killed by his formation.
@@HistoryonRU-vid Hi Alan. I think it's out of print now 'death and deliverance'. I have a first edition that I found in a second hand bookstore. Burleigh gives a highly detailed account of the T4 programme and subsequent Nazi killing actions including Eimann's commando. It's where I first heard of Pauline Kneissler and so on. Did you ever catch a series of documentaries on Channel 4 called 'Science and the Swastika'' ? If you didn't they're on YT. Very interesting. It looks like a lot of historians are going to have to update their information as more and more grisly discoveries are being made. I believe Einsatzkommando sites are being discovered in Western Russia and the Baltic States which may challenge the agreed estimate of the number of victims. I think soon our estimate of just how many were killed by the Nazi regime may well change as new evidence comes to light, sadly. Martin
So many Holocaust deniers' comments under this video. 1.) Open-air cremation method, using combination of wood and liquid fuel (diesel and oil), was very realistic and also used much later, for example documented in Dresden on February 1945 and on January 1945 in Chojnice (where also several years ago archeological investigation was done); 2.) Post-war investigation found in Treblinka 1.8 ha area, where to depth 7.5 meters soil was mixed with human ashes. Most of this area was covered by the memorial in 1960s, mainly due grave robbers. But Caroline Colls' investigation outside the concrete memorial also found large burial pits. 3.) Presence of huge amount of human remains was also documented due to post-wars grave robberings, descripted, for example, in Jan Tomasz Gross' book Golden Harvest. 4.) Aerial photos of the former camp area, captured a year after the camp was closed, shows that the soil was disturbed in the whole area. 5.) Inhabitants of near villages saw smoke from burning pyres. This was also case of other extermination camps. 6.) Investigation of former extermination camps were also realised, for example in Belzec by Andrzej Kola, where mass graves filled by mixture of human ashes and soil with total volume 21,300 m3 were discovered. Investigation with similar results were done in Sobibor by Kola and Yoram Haimi and in Sobibor in addition several unburnt skeletons' DNA were analized concluding victims were Jewish.
That is a very good explanation although I doubt it will interest the denier liars - or that they will read it. I was present at Bełżec and also saw what they were doing in Sobibór too. I spoke to a number of people who were witnesses to the burning of the bodies which could be felt for kilometres around. I am impressed that you know about Chojnice - I am sure you know that another mass grave was found there this year.

The problem with your thesis is that the Ukrainians, including Nazi Ukrainians, have been communicating genocide against Russian speakers in the Donbass. Poor performance on your part: you are a historian ignorant of history.
You clearly do not know what the word genocide or the word Nazi means. If I asked you to define either one, you would not be able to. I am of course assuming that when you wrote 'communicating genocide' you actually wanted to write 'committing'. I’m sure that their treatment and medical care was a million times better than what was given out to their unfortunate victims in the concentration camps !
Great video unique but Ramsay wasnt the only MP detainee. John Beckett (Labour) had been an MP so i guess ex MP. was detained under 18B. As I recall Len Deighton? as a child in Kensington saw Mi5 bringing out the Wolkoffs in the round up, Nikolai and Anna andnit was this event that got him hooked.on espionage. I think the Nazis running Treblinka dug up and burned the bodies of the victims and then pulverized their bones because the Soviets were getting close and the SS didn't want the Soviet Army discovering an extermination camp. They demolished the buildings and planted lupins all over the grounds to try to hide the obvious bone fragments lying about.
