My tests are going on for Wilson's and tbh i am really scared right now. My ceruloplasmin test came positive for Wilson's deases but my eye examination was negative for Wilson's deases. My final 24 hour urine test for copper is to come today which will be the deciding factor if i have Wilson's deases or not. I just hope i dont have Wilson's deases😢

Age 66, I have suspected Wilson for about 7 years, no diagnosis as of yet. Copper is high, inching up every year, almost to jump over Kaisers normal high range. Zink has just gone below the low normal line. Still watching

I am trying to complete calculations. Ceruloplasmin through Labcorp (don't know if it is immun or enzymatic method) is 17.5 mg.dL and copper serium is 71 ug/dL. Zinc is 75 ug/dL. Are there other metabolism issues that are not as aggressive as Wilson's like just a really significant copper /zinc imbalance for life long vegetarians?
@debbieschmidt6448
@debbieschmidt6448 2 года назад
also how do I find a way to test ceruloplasmin by enzymatic method? are any of the main labs offering this?
@wellnesspathforme6236

Cp copper = 61.25 ug/dL (assuming 100% holo-ceruloplasmin and 6 coppers per ceruloplasmin enzyme/protein. There used to be 8 per, but it was changed to 6) Total Serum Copper == 71 ug/dL. ... Minimum non-Cp-bound copper = 71 - 61.25 = 9.75 ug/dL.
@wellnesspathforme6236
@wellnesspathforme6236 2 года назад
The system doesn't want people to be familiar with this method because low bio-active Cp will almost certainly correlate very closely with so-called disease states.

Dr. Carl Pfeiffer originally promoted copper toxicity and the copper/zinc axis. He worked closely with the CIA, tested on children, and apparently some of those children were never seen again. He claimed to want to find a cure for schizophrenia, but he never mentioned that ceruloplasmin-bound copper injections spontaneously cured 13 out of 30 schizophrenics in a late 1950's study. Another 13 had experienced significant. What would a second shot have done for them? We'll never know, and Pfieffer's role is to distract us from the truth. Injecting ceruloplasmin into humans was criminalized after these stunning results. Anything coming out of Pfeiffer is suspect. Zinc stimulates metallothionein, which binds up metals, including copper, so the body can't use them. Zinc effectively nullifies copper supplementation the way calcium effectively nullifies magnesium supplementation. Also, copper toxicity will rarely occur separate (perhaps never) from iron overload toxicity. If all the copper is safely bound in ceruloplasmin, then it isn't toxic, by definition. If lots of non-Cp-bound copper is floating around, it pretty much means Cp is not activated by the copper and can't act as ferroxidase to facilitate the iron recycling process. IOW, high toxic copper == low bio-copper == low ferroxidase function == iron stuck in macrophages and tissues == oxidative stress == bio-molecule damage == inflammation == disease == Empire, Inc. profit maximization. Did Pfeiffer highlight this? Nope, he distracted from it... he cares no more about you than the orphaned children he experimented on with the CIA.

Retinoic acid is required to load copper into ceruloplasmin. Retinol is packaged with animal fat. Sun exposure breaks down the retinol into retinoic acid, which supports Cp-Cu production by the ATP-7B enzyme. Vegans don't ingest retinol. Theoretically, their body can process 12 beta-carotenes into 1 retinol, but the enzyme that does this is copper based. So, if one is both vegan and low in bio-copper, retinol will deplete, bio-copper will deplete, iron will overload, oxidative stress will build... you know the drill. Copper toxicity is real, but it is a cover for the much worse iron overload toxicity -- a key agenda of the Money Power Families who financed metallic iron filings into the foold supply beginning in 1941 -- and based entirely on a lie!!! The claim was pregnant women with anemia had babies with poor health. The actual research shows the exact opposite -- the healthiest babies are born to women with hemoglobin around 8.5-9.0 g/dL. And it makes perfect sense! Babies are miniature versions of Momma. Momma's blood is optimized for the big version. In order to optimize it for the baby, the blood must be thinned out to fit through the smaller vasculature of the baby. Nature does this automatically. Rockefeller Medicine falsely claims this is unhealthy and recommends women take iron supplements to thicken their blood so it is not optimized for the baby anymore. Baby get unoptimized blood and hit with a bigger dose of toxic, inorganic iron while developing.

Hi there. My ceruloplasm is blow and also my copper is low. Could this mean Wilson’s?
@wellnesspathforme6236

The key is to have optimal levels of magnesium, retinoic acid, and copper in order to allow your body to produce optimal amounts of ceruloplasmin-bound copper. In the 1940's this was mid 40's ng/dl. Today, many people are around 25 or below. Look up The Root Cause Protocol, a diet designed, from the ground up, to optimize ceruloplasmin-bound copper. If I were you, I'd also consider ingesting broccoli sprouts and/or its juice daily. It apparently is quite effective at detoxing the liver of iron and, perhaps, other toxic metals, which then frees the liver up to do its jobs more effectively. Look back in your history and your maternal lineage history... if there was a lot of processed (iron filing loaded) phoods and toxic seed oils ingested, well, garbage in / garbage out. The good news is that if you can clean up the garbage and start ingesting nutrient dense foods with the correct nutrients, your body will likely be able to respond favorably. How favorably depends on the level of damage done to date. But, doing the right thing today will lead to better results tomorrow, even if they aren't perfect. That's OK. Just be the best you can be -- and that's good enough!

Wow thank you for posting this video. I wish this information was available when I was a child. I was always laughed at for being uncoordinated/having trouble with speech. I have had most of these symptoms my whole life. People always think I am daft, or ditzy sometimes drunk/on drugs because of the coordination - despite being decently well read - the wires just don't connect. I will be seeing a functional Dr soon.

Thank you Cupri. An interesting and perhaps not overly meaningful aside: >> in comparing 'caeruloplasmin' to 'Caenorhabditis' (as in the nematode _Caenorhabditis elegans,_ of model organism fame), it is curious to observe the variation in pronunciation among different people for both words. If it counts for anything, methinks approach you opt for in 'caeruloplasmin' with a hard 'c' is the superior option that should be applicable for 'Caenorhabditis' too, and along with that, the diphthong / vowel glide 'ae' thus being circularly justified in both cases (Hard 'c' --> therefore 'ae' and 'ae' --> therefore hard 'c'). So just relish that diphthong.

Cupri, thank you for this video series. It is my understanding that retinol is somehow necessary for ATP7B to properly express and load copper into ceruloplasmin. Does availability of retinol factor into your ATP7B function, activated ceruloplasmin generation, etc... analysis? Also, do you of any good resources to pin down exactly what nutrients are required by which enzymes so that they can properly function? As an example, I understand cytochrom C oxidase is copper dependent, and its copper availability depends on ceruloplasmin, which, in turn, is retinol and copper dependent.

Vaccines are a major leading cause of heavy metal toxicity.(Incredible massive amounts are injected into the blood stream AND bypass blood brain barrier,so while wilson's may not be a result,any devastation related to mercury/aluminiumn/ as well as fromaldahyde/MSG/sorbate/baby dna etc into brain/blood/tissues and all organs should always be considered (as the population sucumb from devastations and probly will be too late by the time folks stop the eugenics/vaccine plan.) Pharma vs God made is key also.Standardized anything is helpful,but synthetic petro and flouride based or any synthetic vs natural are very different .A few pharma made meds are good but 95% NO.Antibiotics being one group.

Thank you so much for the detailed information, you are well spoken! I just had a blood test to check for it. I have edema, slightly elevated bilirubin, hair growth on my lip, rings in the eyes, weakness(can be hard to climb stairs or even wash my hair), I’m gaining weight yet my measurements are getting smaller so I think the edema is making up for the weight loss, I’m always angry for no reason, optometrist found sunflower cataracts and rings on my eyes...I’ve been ill a long time and no one knows why. I approached he doctor with all this which led to the blood test. Can Wilson’s also show as fatty liver? I was diagnosed with mild fatty liver even though my weight is low and I don’t drink...I also notice when I touch kitchen knives or do dishes I break out in a horribly itchy rash. I wonder if it’s from the copper.
