Es demasiado dulce y se pierde el sabor de mamey al 100% al mezclar con rompe artificial. Debe sustituir la leche condensada con leche de cabrá, con maizcena y al enfriar batirlo con queso crema de cabra y miel de abeja clara sin azúcar. Y ponerlo en un pay con base de arina de almendra con mantequilla irlandesa y nueces tostadas después de hornear y enfriarse. Poner el musse cremoso de mamey y enfriarlo. Cubrirle con merengue con poca azúcar glass y unas gotas de limón y rayar algo de cáscara de limón al merengue y después flamearlo con una antorcha a manera de soplete para quemar las puntas. Y listo.
El pan autentico d ajo lleva ajo..perejil y nada d mantequilla y aceite d oliva..y no lleva mas..es como lo venden empaquetado en las grandes superficies..ni otras especias ni pimienta ni queso..pero entiendo q a ti t guste asi
