They are removing tha GPT builder (chatbots) from personal users and only making available to Commericial and Business users, greedy haha. Guess ChatGPT Plus will still have the upperhand for a while.
Totally yes. Please refer to the documentation for more details : learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/ai-services/openai/chatgpt-quickstart?tabs=command-line%2Cpython-new&pivots=rest-api But since I released this video, we released Copilot Studio which make the integration so much easier
Sure, actually if you're using Copilot Studio which use chat GPT as the model behind you have a lot of supported channels. Other than then, considering we are making an API call, any platform that support the integration with power automate will works.
I can locate the co-pilot feature in Word but not in OneNote. Additionally, when comparing Word's Co-pilot with ChatGPT 4.0, I find that ChatGPT 4.0 is significantly superior.
You probably use either the Web version of OneNote or the windows 10 version. Copilot is only available in the M365 version. As for the performance, after several testing I have to say it depends on the context, but I do agree that often I prefer the Chat GPT result. It's mainly due to the fact that because Copilot is part of the products there more instructions before your prompt (pre-prompt) that what you'll find in ChatGPT directly. The main advantage for an organization would be the fact that it's available directly in the user applications and that you have control over the deployment, security, analytics etc...
I'm struggling to update existing records. I've tried numerous ways and the system continuously tries to create new records and gives me an error. There is no way to flat-out choose "update" despite including those 3 initial columns. I've followed your steps exactly - what could I be doing wrong?
nevermind...it appears to be working despite the system telling me I have 100% errors due to existing records. It will still update those existing records despite showing these errors.
@@samuelboulangerAI yes thank you. I've found the trick is if you are important records with the GUID, you should go to that object and click Import from Excel. For some reason the same file does not work if you go to settings -> import data and choose the object from there.
@samuelboulangerAI sure, so I am on my second year of masters "digital Management" and the thesis is about the full integration of Microsoft 365 and dynamics for the automation of the sales process, was able to integrate crm with a sharepoint site now I am working on creating some flows to manage the documents there, a bit difficult at the start but your video made me understand the logic behind it, many thanks 😊 keep doing these type of videos you are helping a bunch
Hey Samuel, your video rocks! I've recently started using Dynamics 365, and I'm loving it. But here's the thing: I want to connect an Exported Excel file to our sales data in D365. So, whenever a new project is added to our sales opportunities, it automatically updates in this Exported Excel file I've got saved in a specific spot. That way, I can analyze everything for different products at the end of each month without needing to export a new Excel sheet every single time. Any advice on how to do this seamlessly?
Super interesting. I was wondering about the value of Copilot Pro, specifically around the Creating new ones. You covered that perfectly, and with a great meaningful example. Fabulous. Also, +1 sub from me :-)
Thank you for the kind words :) The difference really is to be able to standardize your most used prompt without having to rewrite it every time. You can also use documentation to help train it to your liking.
Samuel, merci beaucoup! 3 years later and your tutorial is still very much in use. I have spent maybe 3 hours trying to successfully update records in the CRM and have not been able to do so. I watched your video again and following your instructions, it worked!
Make sure that the "access the web content" setting is turned on. I found this tutorial explaining how : www.elevenforum.com/t/enable-or-disable-allow-microsoft-to-access-page-content-for-microsoft-edge-copilot.21174/
There is, but it is still evolving really fast, and I couldn't find the exact size limit, unfortunately. As of today, when it reaches the limit, it seems to break it down in multiple chunks.

I have a question about the excel add-in. Is it possible to add a new row to the table via Macro? Or is it only possible through clicking on the "+ New". I want to import the new rows from a user-form and publish them at the end. Thank you.
Will this allow me to use the Copilot features without uploading my documents (MS Word, PDFs, etc.)? I do not wish my personal files from my home computer to be uploaded anywhere..
Yes, it's taking into account the context of your web browser so it wouldn't upload any document. However, to do its magics, it's still to process the document. It means that the content of the document would be sent to Microsoft servers to generate the answer.
i cannot get co-pilot to generate powerpoint from document. just says it cant do that when I hit backslash key. cannot get it to generate powerpoint frtom word document directly either. again, it says it cannot do that (i am using co-pilot pro)
Lovely and helpful video, can you do one in the future where you have a word file to compose your presentation from? I saw a create a presentation from file option at the beginning of your video
Thanks for the walk through, I got it working following your steps. Q), how can I prompt myGPT I created to be used in teams for the same purpose, rather than the generic OpenAI models?
Glad it works. Can you please ellaborate on your use cases. Do you mean you created a GPT in the Chat GPT interface, and now you want to use the same instructions when prompting from team?
@boulangerAI Hey, thanks for the feedback. I created a Human Resources GPT in the interface that is trained on some pdf's for general HR questions, which I intend to use as my "model" parameter in the HTTP request. If I use my ChatGPT keyword, followed by asking it to use my GPT specifically in the Teams prompt I can get it to work, but I do not want the user to ask for the specific GPT in the prompt if that makes sense.
Petite question, si tu as deux minutes.
Dear Samuel Boulanger, Thanks for your video. Today is Jummah Day this day I found what I am searching which is a literature review with AI. I am using Edge but I could not the usage. Thanks again for your tutorial.
