hi Brady, thanks for video. Very helpful! Yesterday I finish exactly same job! The customer bring me motor and parts. that job not easy, but your video very help me thank you very much!
There is so much value in the information you are providing in these videos. Thank you so much for taking the time to have someone record this process while you teach us something new. Your channel is truly a gem when it comes to diagnosing and working on Bobcat equipment. Is there any chance you'd be willing to take time making a video on the process of adjusting the injection timing for this engine, using the necessary shims, while also describing symptoms of advanced and retarded timing?
I have a 773g. I was able to solve my problems with it because of this video. The biggest thing was reinstalling the grommet. All the other videos made the process so difficult.
I start with air to get all the loose stuff. Then use water. Either a hose or a pressure washer on low pressure. Wash until the water coming out the other side of the radiator is clear. It’ll take a while. Don’t do this while the engine is hot. Don’t want cold water touching the engine. I use air on a day to day basis to clean it out, then once every few weeks wash it with water.,
Hi I'm actually having some trouble with a S300 where the bucket tilt isn't working. The lift arms are good but the bucket tilt non operational. Could this poppet be the cause? There are no codes only a light flashing on the bucket tilt.
We have a 2018 t770 trac loader and are replace the belt and tensioner assembly. When u take the assembly off the tensioner slides on a bolt/post. What is it called and how do u get it off. It needs replaced also. And it won't turn
How do you change the mounting pivot tube the tensioner slides on that is mounted to the side of the engine? Mine is just like this but I can't figure out how to remove it?
Great video ! I purchased a 2016 T550 and have changed all the fluids and filters except the hydraulic fluid so now i know how to change the hydraulic system . On the antifreeze i have not changed that fluid how often do i need to do that the machine has 3300 hrs. I am wanting to change everything so i can start fresh and know where im at with the machine. Thanks for all the help !
Wow very interesting. Makes me think bob cat doesn’t like you sharing these issues because they rather you bring the machine in so they can charge you an arm and a leg to fix it.
I have a question. I have a bobcat T450 and the right side skid track locked up. What do you think, happened. I tried everything. My I have your opinion. Please and thank you
Great video thank you so much. as you showed in this video you only pumped out 3 or 4 gallons of fluid . I was wanting to change as much of the fluid i can hopefully the 9 gallons it requires. my machine has 3300 hrs and i don't know if they ever changes the fluids . i have changed all the fluids and filters except the hydraulic oil and filters. how do i do a complete oil change ? is there a drain plug ?
Hey, rockin, please take time and explain what was bad about the bike. When did you buy it? Did the display go bad? Did the battery get broken from shock? Did the brakes leek the hydraulic? Any details are important. Thanks.
1st time I rode the bike 10/23 battery went dead after 25 miles, contacted Vitilan they claimed I didn't charge it right. So I recharged it and after 22 miles it went dead so they just kept screwing me around and after 2 months they claim the battery is getting older and won't last as long. They wanted me to buy a new battery! I used the bike 3 times and it needs a new battery. BS I offered to ship the battery back for them to test themselves THEY WON"T DO IT. So now I'm stuck with a bike I can use because now the battery gets to half way discharged and the bike shuts off message says battery is low. They will scew you around with BS until you give up. I.m willing to bet the batteries are NOT Samsung cells and NOT any where close to 20AH. I seen other reviews where 20ah U7 only went 22 miles till it was dead. A REAL 20ah battery on flat level roads would easily last 45-50 ALOT more of you pedaled. 2 years ago I bought a Polarna M4 750 16ah and it easily went 45-50 miles on the same roads. VITILAN is FULL OF CRAP and they KNOW IT. They will not get any more money from me. I also won't buy another ebike from any of these Chinese sellers. My advice to everyone is to buy a LECTRIC bike, at least they stand behind everything they sell and don't advertise BS claims. I'm putting this Vitilan U7 out for the junk man next week. End of August I'm ordering a new Lectric like I should of in the 1st place!
I have a s250 I’m getting ready to do the timing belt. It has over 4100 hrs and previous owner couldn’t tell me when belt was changed. I heard your supposed to pull front injector out and find top end center but you didn’t have to do that step. Good to know. Thank you for your videos
Howdy from Tulsa... I have a simple question on my 99 ..753 Hydraulics button...hitting the button a second time lights up a second light showing a lock icon....it seemed like nothing happens.. My second question involves my 2016 T650 burn unit. I was cleaning up the engine compartment. I managed to remove the injectors, but i noticed that the programming info on the top of the injectors is gone!! Is there a way to program them into the ECM??? ALSO, Anyone having any parts for this 650 i would like to hear from you!! Unfortunately, there was no insurance 😢
Another question on my 2016 T650...the one that caught fire... I was in the process od cleaning the engine up...I removed the injectors...there are no longer any programming numbers on the top of each injector....I hope they can be reused because they were new!! Anyone here got anything foe this t650 would be great, it wasn't insured..The wiring harness seems hard to find used..help!!
Good evening from Tulsa... 1 easy question on my 753. On the auxillary control button, you press it once to activate, not sure what happens when the button is pressed 2x.. shows a lock
Have Bobcat S70. When lowering arm i get a loud knocking sound Almost like a jackhammer. Only when lowering. It seem like its also beginning to do it on the bucket
