We are very careful of using non-Thai ingredients, such as cheese or butter. We use very small amount because if it's added too much, the taste and smell will be stronger than the main Thai ingredients. Unless it is intended to be so.
Many people criticized me for giving away the recipe. I've been telling everyone for a long time that there are so many great recipes floating around on the internet. Some of my employees who knew the recipes thought they could take advantage of me but they were wrong. Because the most important thing is the brand. If they want to open a new restaurant, I'm happy to teach. But please don't use my restaurant's name. For example, there are a lot of popular restaurants that don't have good taste but they sell very well. Today, a good image of the store is very important, followed by consistently good service and quality. And it takes time to gain a permanent one, as far as I know.
