Hello if you are looking for to buy a house in the south of france i can help you. don't hesitate to contact me i negociate the best deals my email address is in my channel description
Great start, good investment, hope you won't forget to learn the french language, or maybe you already do? Hope you didn't bring all your 110Vac stuff from the states? The amount of burned out electric equipment I repaired for Americans is beyond believe. Better to sell in usa and buy in eu again. Good luck integrating, it'll take some time 🙂
I am really interested to see the lifestyle you share with us but I’m sorry that I really struggle to follow as the camera zooms around so quickly. We get a glimpse of something interesting and then it’s gone, I’m getting travel sick! Thanks for sharing what you do. 10:15
HAHa...yep. Are you sure you're not masquerading as my wife (April)...? Just kidding, she's always telling me to slow down my camera movement. Yes, I've (Michael) been trying to slow down. Sometimes there is just so much to see..! :)
I don't think it's hard. It just takes a long time. There are a lot of helpful websites and people who can help or even do everything for you. We're still just using this as a vacation home so we have not been down that road. Yet... ;)
Good Brocante and a lovely haul of stuff. I always think those lovely tablecloths (which we dontreally use) could be repurposed into cushions/ pillows or if someone was really handy, clothes? I saw Charolais on the metal medallions, which are a famous french breed of cows 😊
Your "egg basket" is in fact a "panier à salade" ("salad hamper" in English ?) used to drain the salad after washing it. You use it by shaking it violently, outside obviously.... Of course, you can use it to store eggs if you like.
Thanks for sharing the brocante, what is it called btw? You got some nice items, we really like the glass measuring jug. Lots of nice pictures in that place too, we are coming over next week and want to check it out.
It's getting better. In fact, I read this in french and understood what you said. HA! Ça va mieux. En fait, j'ai lu ceci en français et j'ai compris ce que vous avez écrit.
You'll likely never see us eating...haha! There are just somethings we prefer to keep to ourselves. We should actually do some sort of follow-up and it was delicious segment though, good idea! Because it was delicious...!
Try the torchon ham - delicious. It's made, and then muslin is used, keeps it moist and delicious. 😊 I know with certain potatoes you cover them with soil once the leaves come through. Do that twice to help them get bigger. Good job on the frames, the pictures look lovely. Clover is so good for the soil, great to see.
Ela sente falta do mailman??😊😊
@@FrenchStoneHouseLife 🥰🥰🥰 ok long as she’s safe feel better now ☺️miss her mailman activities always my laughs for the day . ✨Bernice is a treasure ✨btw the place is beautiful 😍
I love the way you both put so much thought, energy and love into everything you do! Enjoying your video's so much. Also, I always enjoy your choice of music too. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful dream and the resullts of all your hard work together, with us all! 👍😃
Seems you settled in Limousin ? You're in a very rural, forgotten and most charming part of this country. Thank you for highlighting this inspiring way of life, and welcome in your new country !
I know you guys have mentioned trying to stabilize the vids, just wondering if you have tried using a gimble or some kind of stabilizer. I appreciate you sharing your life with us and by no means am i trying to be rude. Im hooked already ☺ thank you
Another interesting vlog, thanks. I would like to know about the painting of your house that you use in the intro. Is it a watercolor? Who made it? I think it's lovely! I would take those small paintings out of the modern frames, use fabric mats, and find thinner frames in a neutral color, like the old gold frame on the tea set painting.
The intro graphic is just a photo put through one of those online filters. Nothing special but it sure turned out nice. Fabric mats, good idea. We already painted and hung them...to be seen in the next video... :) Thanks!
Lovely brochante! A little slower on the camera panning.....a little dizzy! Great finds on your art! i probably would have left there with those two light colored pine armoires and maybe a chandelier as well. The silver cutlery looked divine and that large transferware set by Mason, charming! You were very well controlled! Cheers!
For sure rhubarbs... but also fruit bushes.... I can HIGHLY reccommend buying blackberries and planting them so they can grow on a trellis, and make sure you get the thorn-free (not sure if that's what you call them) kind. Love your videoes xx
You could make a den for Bernice under the stairs, maybe with a small cabinet of some sort above (built-in type) for her food etc. and for your cleaning products or other stuff you need - if there is space. Just love your cottage. Lucky you ❤
You made me dizzy! Slow down on your panning around! 😊 Nice pictures, bargain. You get a lot of those places in the UK, lots of antique dealers using a big place together.
