This channel is for all Motorsports enthusiast! For those that prefer Sunday NASCAR over football, that would rather watch formula1 over golf, that would prefer motoGP over soccer...because any motorsport enthusiast knows, all other sports only require one ball, in racing you need both your balls!!!
Anyone that I showed will work. If you want decent quality without a high price look at venom stands. You can get them on Amazon depending on what country you live.
Holy shit. So glad this came up on my feed. So sorry to hear about your friend. I wish my friends were here long enough for us to get into bikes. I have other things of theirs I’ll never get rid of. Anyways, this is the most perfect rc51 there is, my absolute dream bike. The undertail exhaust makes this bike that much better, always thought it would look better. Thank you for sharing with us, subscribed.
Sad to hear about your friend fella but what an amazing bike he put together! Love these things, so deserving of the RC tag alongside the 30 and the 45, did you ever get a second one? UK here but how good do they look in the Colin Edwards Laguna Seca stars and stripes Castrol paint?
Hey Jon. Love the Colin Edwards look! I have a friend who has one, and trying to convince him to sell. He is motivated but were at different places on price point. If it doesn't work out I may go another route and get either a Duc 1098 or 848 as I have a lot of OEM parts from the 1098R that was also in my friends collection. In any case, I'm not in a rush, but I'll eventually get something. Cheers mate!
So happy I stumbled on this video. When Neville bought this I had a 2000 RC51 with a few mods, nothing like this. MD did great work on this bike. I was lucky enough to ride it and it was amazing and sounded incredible. RIP brother! So glad his bikes went to a good friend of his.
Thank you for the words. I told him before he passed that even though in my possession they will never be my bikes, and I'm just taking care of them until I see him again.
Hey....a couple of things for ypu to do, Check your voltage regulator and connectors to see if any are burnt, if so you may need a new regulator. Check the battery and make sure your getting at least 12.4 to 12.6 volts while off. If not charge the battery. Double check all your grounds and make sure all the terminals are clean. This can impact the connection and cause the bike not to start. Double check ignition fuse and relays. (I don't think it's this but check anyways) Have you confirmed that you're getting fuel?
I know this is old video but do you remember how you attached the front part of the fender to the bumper? CC fenders dont have studs build into them to bolt them by the headlight area.
If you move forward to the 12 minute mark, you will see that the front portion where the studs are is actually a removable bracket. It shouldn't be built into the fender. You have to remove the bracket from the OEM fenders and drill new holes on CC fenders and mount the bracket, then you're golden.
Wellll, to be honest it would be extremely difficult to find an R1 SP. The SP was only available in Europe and Canada. I've only seen 1 of them come up for sale several years ago. You can buy the US version of the 2006 R1 LE, which is the same but with different color fairings. They sometimes come up on iconic motorcycles auction site. One sold a couple of weeks ago. Hope this helps!
Hi ! I just found your channel today. That Honda rc51 you got it’s really special bike, real nice ! I am riding 20+ years. But never on the track. I am building a track bike. Got my eye on a Suzuki K5 15.000tkm nice bike. Original. Never on the track. It is a little damage slide on the right, Nothing major. I noticed that a lot of people riding Yamaha r1 04,05,06 for the track. Is there a reason? I never have V2 twin. So Aprilia Rsv 1000 mile R or factory is an option. What’s your opinion ? which bike for a beginner on the track ? And what mods are essential ? I could use your opinion if you catch a few minutes of your time ? My intention is not competing. Just fun on the track… I live in EU.
@@wannaberacer7425 Love the bike my man - but its a Honda! My Italian friends will say no Honda has a soul Like a Ducati! And the Japanese V-twin just not have that Italian engine sound.😜 Take care
Dennis Merwood loool, but the honda won't break down! All kidding aside im looking to add an 848 or 1098 ti my collection. As soon as it gets warmer I'll be making a sound comparison video between the RC and an Italian beauty that you'll appreciate 😉
@rob1248996 Honda's are OK for beginners and the low-information riders amongst us rob. Like as*holes - everyone has one! When you get a little more mature and experienced maybe you can stand out from the masses by owning a Ducati or Aprilia. If you can afford one that is. Then you will be proudly riding a bike just like the ones currently dominating MotoGP and WSBK. 🤪
Sorry to hear about your friend - I have an 02 SP2 that I bought new, have 27500mi on it and two bros pipes. Incredible sound. Can you post another with the exhaust to listen to?
Very nice! I have an 01, also here in Canada. Not nearly as fantastic as yours , Hindle highs and a PC5 , love the brake upgrade. Forks are killer over the top! Love to hear you continue to keep it for your departed friend . Mine is for my older brother who passed, never will it get sold . Horrible below 100 k but what a thing as you cruise around a little faster. Be safe and thanks for taking the time to tell us about it !
