Well here's the thing, my car had 127,000 miles on it, and the car was tracked for the last 6 years. Overall the can did its job, but it wasn't large enough so I kept that can and added another to make a dual setup. If your rings are still good the can will do its job, and you will only have to check it every so often, but if you have high miles and beat on the car you may want to look at a larger/better catch can. If you have a 2001 or newer C5 (non Z06) look at getting a C5Z lower plenum (intake). It has the PCV built in and recycles gases an vapors a lot better. Simple swap. You can still do it with a pre 2001 but will need to shave a small piece out of the plenum where the PCV sits. There are videos of this on RU-vid so you get an idea.
