@@Rleon760 According to their agreement Carmen is allowed to get a roommate, which was why George bit his tounge & yes, you are allowed to have a roommate when you move into the building. If you want to talk about illegal, George illegally kicked Carmen out because she was late on rent. I already researched this. Under the state of CA law a landlord has get an eviction notice of 30-60 days. He physically assaulted Taylor later on in the episode by grab her hair & threw her out & IRL would've been thrown in jail. Yes, Taylor was a bad roommate & yes, she went out drinking & partying, but as I already George would've went to jail for assault. P.S I know that this comment is 1 year old.
