I have three of these "burrito" holsters (they fold up like a burrito) and cist about $25 ,at this army surplus store. It fits my pistols with a light attachment without paying $200 for a custom made holster. I don't use them for outdoors because they are fairly cheap and not that durable. They work just fine for storing a pistol in the drawer or gun safe to keep it from being scratched or dinged. If I'm going outdoors or actually carrying a pistol, I have good quality kydex or leather or leather/kydex combination holsters tbat are much better. They're cheap and they work for storage.
I have this same kit theres nothin in this kit with the right threads to use the smallest brush an mop to the rods. the adapters are wrong thread size for them
The only reason to adjust a drop leg holster below your hip joint is to clear a low hanging jacket or tactical vest. If you're not wearing anything that gets in the way, short and the strap until gun sits at your hip. If it's hanging too low it won't be comfortable walking or running.

Good video. Like the topic. Do more gear stuff, man! Unfortunately, all the SUPER high quality/elite gear is from companies like Crye... (maybe THATSnwhy we have the biggest defense budget of all the next top 3 nations combined), gotta look cool, too! ;) Bro, check out the 5.11 QUANTUM TDU, second only to the Apex.
Learn how to properly adjust our thumb-break...the snap goes behind the top of the pistol, so when you push your thumb down to grip the weapon, it 'breaks'. NOT on top of the rear of the slide!
Michael Arevalo yes the button did go out and big 5 went out f business where I am at, I do have a much better light made by stream light that I am gonna do soon, it’s been a really long time Sense I’ve made a video
I missed the price? Not completely worthless, depending on what it costs. The bag looks decent. As you say, building your own will give you a better kit with gear optimized for your area and skill level. But certainly buying a pre-fab kit and adding to it as you're able can be a good route as well. If you're on a budget and just starting out in bushcraft and/or survival skills you could start with something like this and upgrade items as you have the funds. For example, when you can afford it replace the crappy cheap light with something better, get a higher quality whistle, add a good knife, etc. Thanks for the review!
@@Operation_Pew_Pew Walmart has them on clearance for 24.47 in my town. That makes them worth it since the bag and first aid gear are OK. I got one and added fire starter, knife, real weather and wind proof matches, small stove and fuel, cup, etc. Most of which I had already. At $58 it is not a great deal since you can buy a bag, first aid kit, and most of the other stuff (most of which will be better) for less. I thought the whistle was pretty loud but also pretty cheap. The battery-less flashlight was actually pretty good. I like carrying a pre-threaded needle pack and a small tube of super glue in mine. Again, not expensive and you could build a good pack for less than the asking price - but not less than 25 bucks. I'll use it as my truck pack since my truck first aid kit is now pretty much out of date. I am building a second one for the house but am using much better gear.
