Welcome! Passionate about the NYC Subway and it's rich history, I am mostly making virtual throwbacks to a long gone era of the NYC subway, using a simple and free train simulator game called OpenBVE! I'm focusing on the 1960s-1980s time period which was probably the most exciting and diverse era of the NYC Subway; ranging from bright and colorful subway cars of the 1960s, all the way to the gritty & graffiti covered trains of the 1980s, through the decline of the 1970s. Basing myself off of existing reference and paying big attention to detail, I'm trying to capture as accurately as possible the various atmospheres of that era by modeling and texturing the subway stations and trains as close to real life as I can! I am also developing a public Paris Metro add-on that will be available once completed! More info in related videos. From time to time I also upload some bus and OMSI 2 videos. That's pretty much it!
This Outro final is another world thing! And scarry! At the end of the path we have nothing but pure darkness and the tremendous sound of electric trains passing everywhere.
Aaahh ! La magnifique ville de Rouen, où les tramways sont des «métros» et les bus sont des «tramways». Ils amènent le monde "délirant" à un tout autre niveau 😬🤦🏽♂️
As a kid I remember being with an old friend walking from Bowery to Canal and hearing him hit his head on an electrical box. Will never forget those days. That line in that area has alot of nice history to it to explore in person. That was over 15 years ago though.
