@@savvytechtips it is so choppy and games in 11 vs 10 i get more frames in 10 TC division 300 fps vs 220 -- R6 423 vs 360. This is across multiple systems mind you.
@saiprasad8078 give it time. These manufacturers need to release new drivers that are supported with 24H2. Is you drivers up to date?? Especially video card.
Quite simply I have thrown Windows off my system, on the one hand it runs partially incorrectly, updates take a very long time, great virus danger, and for me it was important to spy on my system from windows. That's why I switched to Linux Mint, for one thing it's free compared to the expensive Windows, very virus-proof and no spying on the system and it runs far more stable than Windows. Games are also easy to play with Linux.
@@savvytechtips weird it never did before. coz on my system I have two drive and when I boot via flash drive to install it'll show disk 0 as my OS drive and disk 1 as my storage. but never shown three drives which would've included my bootable flash disk
I STILL see they are "Incompetent".... not properly "Identifying" the Drives like any Backup Program can do. On one of my Re-installs the last couple of weeks I somehow accidentally selected the "wrong drive" to erase and create a new partition, even though I thought I was sure I was selecting the right drive, and ended up erasing a Data Drive. Had a backup, but still.... Microsoft is stupid. Also, I've just seen that in another video, so you all don't have to "Create a New Partition" and "Reformat" on that "Unallocated Space"? Does Windows just do it automatically? And really, just shows you have EVIL the Leftists at Microsoft are that they FORCE you to have to connect to the Internet.
@@savvytechtips ... No, I'm talking about when you delete the existing Partition, it then becomes "Unallocated Space".... Normally in the past you would have to "Create a New Partition" on the Drive, it would create 2-4 Partitions, one being the one you install on, you Format that one, and then continue the install onto that one you formatted. So, I've noticed twice now in two different videos people aren't creating a new Partition anymore on that drive, they are just "clicking Next". So, I'm asking if Windows is "automatically" creating them now? I mean, it must be since I've seen you guys NOT create a new Partition on the drive? Thanks
Windows 11 24H2 official release is out!! Go to check for updates. What are your thoughts on the update. A full packed episode on 24H2 is coming soon! LET'S GO!
@arexezn nothing... what I am using is a Windows insider preview copy. I get all the updates before the actual updates drop to you. That's why I give you the latest update news before anyone!
It's quite stupid to backup your Registry to the temporary desktop. Most would just follow what you’re showing, and then lose their backup. Next time, please, *please* show backing the registry up to a USB drive, and not the temporary desktop. Trust me, most people follow exactly what you do rather than listen. :(
@@savvytechtips That’s okay, everyone makes mistakes sometimes! Don't be so harsh on yourself - this is like a learning curve. I'm glad you actually acknowledged your mistake - this shows you do truly care about your viewers, not like those other users that create ChatGPT-generated channels that generate instructions that may or may not be entirely wrong 😂 I wish you the best! @@savvytechtips Just use secure erase in the UEFI / BIOS, most mainboards have that built in for many years now, this method is not the correct way, also many drive manufacture such as Samsung, Western Digital, have that function with a bootable USB you can make, and that's the proper way
@@savvytechtips Because you are not actually "secure erasing" you are encrypting then deleting the partitions, so you basically are writing to the drive, but the end result you are trying to accomplish is secure erasing, so you are wasting life of the drive, time and not doing it the proper way, just to be able to accomplish something you can do in 1 step? lol
Best way to clear an SSD drive is to write all ONES to the drive multiple (at least 4) times. Drives do reserve some portion for wear leveling. MFR's usually has an app that electrically sets the whole drive to factory including the wear leveling reserved space. And very quickly too. Writing zeroes will not do the job. One way to avoid having to do any of this is to encrypt the drive before doing anything. Then write the 1's, then encrypt it once again. You do not need bitlocker to do this either.
@crazysquirrel9425 when you bitlocker the drive first, you need the key to access the drive. When you format it, you don't need to write multiple passes on the drive because it was bitlocker. Hence no need to write 1s and 0s on the drive.
@@savvytechtips You can bet that MFR's have a backdoor... Cells are 4 levels deep usually. To clear all the cells totally, one needs to write all ONES, 4 times for each cell. All ones is the factory default. Civil court judges can demand you give your passcode. With that, with modern police forensics, they can usually obtain some kind of information bits. They can assemble them like a crossword puzzle and gain the info they want. Regarding bitlocker (a Windows 'feature), rest assured that Microsoft DOES have a backdoor...
for those that want to get rid of the new context window when right clicking and just use the old one windows 11 only fix make a txt file and add : Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00 [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Classes\CLSID\{86ca1aa0-34aa-4e8b-a509-50c905bae2a2}] [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Classes\CLSID\{86ca1aa0-34aa-4e8b-a509-50c905bae2a2}\InprocServer32] @="" save it and change the .txt to .reg or just save it in notepad as a .reg file open it and let it merge if you want to backup incase you want it returned to the normal value then open regedit and just copy paste the adress : HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Classes\CLSID\{86ca1aa0-34aa-4e8b-a509-50c905bae2a2} then in the listing you just right click {86ca1aa0-34aa-4e8b-a509-50c905bae2a2} and click on export once done it either works directly or you just have to open taskmanager then restart explorer.exe and it should only now show the old context menu :)
I have the full version of Pro. If you lock your screen and you have the different pictures to cycle, it will show the information about It. It started in Windows 10.
