Thanks for the video. Hope your cold (or whatever it is) is getting better. Yeah, critters in the engine compartment is no fun. A guy I sailed with had a cat climb into his car's engine compartment once. Let's just say that neither kitty or car benefitted from the dang thing getting a spin cycle in the fan belt. Take care.
All the beans are sold as they come out of the field and Ryan and Hannah get them to the elevator aka they don't store any and they have the truck loaded each night along with the carts so Ryan and Hannah can go right away and unload and fill up when get back
I always enjoy watching your videos and Ryan’s videos!! I like the smaller farms and when they are farmed by just the family!!! Enjoy the bean harvest!!👍
Your cows are looking good! How many cows do you have that have the genetics from the one you kept from grandpa’s herd? Thanks for the update and video Travis!
Thanks for sharing your thoughts, ideas and videos. Nice cattle update. If you watch Tom Pemberton he has a hanging brush that the cows seem to love. You might like to look for something similar since you seem to like to watch your cows be happy. That and to make them look nice. Wishing you and your family the best.
The intern should know not to make the combine wait lol. Glad your posting more although it was disturbing opening my RU-vid to see a picture of your nose.
We use to use log chains stretched out wrapped with gunny sacks soaked in diesel fuel to help as fly control and it stopped a lot of the pink eye issues we had. That may help you too. Thanks for the video.
Looks like your feedbunk is working pretty good. It's neat to watch how much your cattle operation has changed over the years. Thanks for bringing us along.
Hi from oz. If you are testing your fodder, try making some from each cut into wrapped silage and the balance of the cut into hay and then test both. When I started contracting many years ago,we got a client that made half into silage half hay. The result was silage was feedlot quality and the hay was cardboard. He hasn't made hay for the thirty odd years since then.
