I work as an accountant from 9-5 during the week, hunched over a computer most of the time, so I certainly know the importance of moving the body everyday which is why I became a Certified Pilates & Yoga Instructor (RYT 200), living and teaching in Melbourne, Australia (you might have noticed the accent 😁) to encourage people to keep fit. I love helping people with their fitness journey in person and now I hope to also assist you on your road to a fit and healthy body through these online home workouts.

I think you need to focus on your RU-vid channel video SEO(Search Engine Optimization). I I have analyzed your RU-vid channel and I saw that your video is not SEO optimized. So your video doesn’t rank on RU-vid and you never get a good result. So you will do video SEO. Your video will rank on RU-vid and You will get more views day by day.

It's dependent on the individual, some of my viewers would consider it high intensity due to the jumping & burpee components. Obviously for people who are fitter, they might not perceive it this way. Happy to lift the intensity of there is a demand from my audience.
It’s because she is eating more calories than she is burning. And we all struggle with this 😢 So cut some of those calories out! You cannot out train a bad diet!! No amount of exercise will allow you to lose weight if you are eating too much

Improving your balance helps with your core, leg and feet strength. Also doing yoga balances improves your focus and reduces anxiety, not to mention it reduces the chance of falling as we age. Give these balancing exercises a go, all you need is a chair🪑.
Increase your cardio to help with your weight loss goals, do these exercises 2-3 times at 30 second intervals. Super easy moves, no jumping and safe for your knees. Enjoy the workout! 💪☺️🔥

Want to tone those arms fast and effectively? Why not add some resistance with a medium to heavy weight (suggestion of 3-6kg; I'm using a 4kg in this video). Do these exercises 1-3 times per day to get those arms strong & toned, make sure to engage your core. Enjoy the workout Peeps! Janet
