Honestly, Shuhua will always be my ult bias. Her natural beauty is what originally drew my attention to her but her personality is what made her my bias. She speaks her mind about anything and everything and that’s something most idols are afraid to do. I've imagined a cool survival show idea to form a versatile group (think, not just one genre, different genres and languages an album at a time. Ain't happening but just imagine): Girlies Of The Future. •the show's concept could be like 90s futuristic cyber punk outer space. •the bedrooms can look like the inside of a spaceship, with circular beds and giant lava lamps. •the recording studio and dance studio could look like the inside of a spaceship, with a mini tv that shows the host talking. •the groups could be given timetables everyday to different rooms, where they'll be assigned to practice with other contestants. •30 female contestants from ALL OVER the world (every continent, unheard of countries in the mix too.) •no strict beauty standards or stingy salads for meals. •testing versatility of trainees by giving different concepts (futuristic, goth punk, kawaii gyaru, vintage, burlesque) AND different language songs (like vietnamese pop, American 90s R&B, Japanese pop, Thai pop, Korean trot, Latin pop etc.) •NO underage girlies. (Nono. Only 18 and up.) •prioritising vocals. •no repeat scenes/cuts to get the judges reactions (that's annoying asf) •no public voting system/rankings, those are often not fair. Just professional judging from experts. •hologram backup dancers (easily executable with glass frames and projectors) •fun and quirky makeup and fashion (no skimping on fashion creativity) •the debut spotlight at the end if the show can have 5 glass domes with the winning girls' holograms appearing in them after they get their names called out.
The thing was the members who already debuted in Illit was already in decision of becoming a band. It was obvious that one of the coaches Lee Hyun was smiling when Wonhee was performing indicating that the memebers were already set to debut before the survival show. When many fans heard, they were really angry by the company thinking the show was a waste of time and due to their lack of vocals, fans were angry for not giving the band enough training.

The group is under fire for their poor vocals. By contrast, Babymonster had an average of 5 years training and are trending because every member sings so well that each cluld6be a soloist. Another complaint was about Illit. Bang Si-Hyuk ignored Min Hee-Jin. Min Hee-Jin is a strong woman and does not like being ignored when she is advocating for her girls so she tried to get investors to back her trying to gain more control over ADOR as she only has 18% while HYBE has 80%. Bang Si-Hyuk has engaged in a campaign to destroy Min Hee-Jin to punish her for challenging him. Bang Si-Hyuk doesn't care If he destroys NewJeans in his efforts to punish Min Hee-Jin. HYBE has abundant resources and Min Hee-Jin cannot compete. Bang Si-Hyuk goes at her in every way to destroy her but Min Hee-Jin is still CEO of Newjeans and their latest comeback is setting records. I just feel like Pentagon was always going to fall apart. Like come on, after Dawn left. Yanan has basically been on hiatus for 99% of their career (as an outsider, I don't get why CUBE doesn't just say that Yanan has left, when was the last time the group promoted as 9-???). If Hui left Pentagon, the band would go from 8 activate members to 7. CUBE just needs to announce that Yanan has no plans to return, remove his contract and announce that from now on, OT9 won't ever be possible. Like, I've tried researching Pentagon, but no-one talks about Yanan's eternal hiatus.

I’m disappointed on the final lineup this was so rigged. It was everyone’s fault for sleeping on Yui. She literally had a sweet voice, but everyone just ignored her and neglected her as if she doesn’t exist. Also LingLing and Gyuri was totally robbed… Lingling was literally a fan favorite upon everyone, but the company just decided to eliminate her when she had really good vocals. I guess this is what happens when you’re put with the worst team ever. Both of them were set for failure and they knew what they had to do to make it happen. Disappointing.
I'm wondering why the "bully" incident for Soyeon was even mentioned when quickly it was disproven and not pursued within days of the allegation. It was just someone jumping on the Soojin-scandal bandwagon and trying to aim for Soyeon as well. It happened to Hyuna and other idols too at the time. 99.9% of them were all lies. Soojin's stuck around because CUBE allowed Soojin to make a public statement (thus making the allegation seem more real to people) and a popular actress seemingly backed the bullying claims. Other than that, Soojin's own scandal was baseless as well as the accusers didn't really have any viable proof other than one of them knew Soojin in the past. Regardless of that, Soyeon's "bullying incident" was disproved so quickly I can't believe it's included in this.
