We just ate at Misono last week - and yes, everything was amazing! Very simply seasoned, as it should be.

Mixing everything up at the Sea-relation course looked a bit disrespectful. Menu overall looked great and was presented beautifully.

Its cool on some dishes to be interactive, but it seems like shes twlling you how to eat evwry single dish.

First of all to have Michelin stars you have to pay passing by sponsors… second in my opinion even if I know that there is a lot of works behind the ideas of a new great “ bite” or dish the prices doesn’t 9:57 worth . If you pay attention you pay more for the ambient and the services and the tools they use to serve you than the food cost itself. The food is really good in this kind of restaurants absolutely no doubt on that but what really make the price so high is the fact that to present this small dishes to you in that way you need a huge ammount of people in the kitchen and on the floor and of course your costs go sky high! Except when they serve you caviar or truffle etc the food cost is so stupid low!!!

I would imagine if you dine in this high class restaurants you would tip 30 % of the bill. I see there are more servers then diners.

Please stop cutting up your portions into bite size pieces all at one time. You are not a mother cutting up food for her baby to eat. It is considered poor manners and is hard to watch.

Having dined at so many many many 3 star Michelins. My wife and I are so tired of the bullshit show that seems necessary for the 3 stars nowadays. It’s f’ing food. It all comes out the same in the ‘end’. My saying is: if you have to impress someone…then that person isn’t worth impressing. Great food should stand on its own.
