What then are the probable solutions to the risks created by introduction of wireless systems to the process level zero? What extent of damage could be caused? Are there real life occurence of breaches to these systems? and what is the strength of this model?
Great video! So basically PST is interval between Safe Operating Limit (SOL) and Safe Design Limit right?, but I found another literature mention that PST is start when the process parameter is exceeding Normal Operating Limit (NOL), can you give us more explanation about that? thank you in advance sir
Hi sir in first example we can make interlock logics for Pump and Valve both.for example here when level is less dhan some low limit pump should stop .this logic can written for pump interlock. Another for control valve when pump is stopped after some time delay valve should close .this logic we can make it right ?
Hi sir ,I 'm not clear about the first example. How LT value override the FC controller. Since the FC Controller already had the PV value from Flow transmitter.can you please clear my doubt. Since I can understand the concept from second example through low select block we are overriding .but for first example by how can we override that ?
Can you Please explain about master and slave PID controller direction.I m OK on the direction about simple loop.but here I need bit more clarification
An assembly, fitted with or intended to be fitted with a drive system other than directly applied human or animal effort, consisting of linked parts or components , at least one of which moves , and which are joined together for a specific application
(At 17:00 ) as soon as the pump issue is rectified and start filling the tank our SP is still 50% so will it not start closing the CV to protect it from overflowing ??
Hi! I am so glad I found this video! I am a bit of a glutton for punishment with my hobby. I never liked my little space heater being all on or all of (bang bang).... so I ended up adding 4 k-type thermocouples, a 4 line 20 character display, handful of buttons, 3 SSRs and an ESP32. Obligatory RGB too. I originally just wanted a slow (2 to 4 hertz) PWM control of the coils. That works great. However I decided since I have a little computer in there I woukd add PID control so I can tell the heater what temp I want and it will hold that temp. I get it to "work". Thats it. I can not get it any better than after a few minutes it settles into a slowly degrading oscillation (about 15 degrees farenheit) that settles after 30 or 40 minutes. Im excited to get home and try some new tuning techniques. If I run into any problems would you be willing to answer a few question that might pop up, or offer advice for my specific use case? Im getting close to the point of giving up having tried tuning this for over 15 hours now throughout several days. Thanks for inpiring new hope and fanning that fire inside me. Exactly what I needed!
Please start with Trial and Error Method. Start with increasing Proportional Gain (10/ Default Value) in steps. See the response( fast/ slow). When you are satisfied , then change I, again, small steps.
@ProductProcess I started doing that last night. I now have it with a slowly fading 5 degree oscillation. Kp: 0.5 Ki:0.069 Kd: 0.83 Fc: 0.01 Turns out I had the Kp WAY TOO HIGH. I am much happier with the numbers, but I am having trouble getting it perfect.... Thank you for the response!

Sir i have brought this course already earlier today before watching you on youtube. Can i get some more information like the questions blue prints. I mean how many questions in terms of percentage does each pillar of CMRP ?
Wow! This is great. You can enroll for the course here www.udemy.com/course/cmrp-exam-best-practices-of-maintenance-and-reliability/?referralCode=9CE826C0F3B15A6D3E56
