Yes, they block lots of content in Canada like their Chineese buddies. Canada is becoming a 3rd world country. All the immigration they have right now is from India. Few years from now Canadians are gonna be a minority. Same thing going on in EU ,specially Germany ,with middle eastern Arab illegals who are mostly druggies and criminals. Its all a scheme brought to you by your politicians who dont work for the citizens but for someone behind the scenes.
Well... I wonder how they keep winning those elections after each time making a worse job. Same as in California. Importing voters seems to be new hit move from Anglo political elites.
Until the end of the sixties, they could not cross the border freely. People put their heads in a bag to go out illegally, knowing that they would never return and see their loved ones. Later, when they were given the opportunity to go, it was not emigration, but only people on temporary work in Germany, while their family was all waiting in Yuga for them to return. It was only in the eighties that they started to get married and lead their wives and start families in Germani. I know what I'm talking about, I've lived in that environment.
Sorry to say this is an example of everything that's wrong with Croatian real estate market. No privacy whatsoever, old furniture sold as "vintage", concrete poured in front of the house like an amateur did it. Bathroom tiles - it's really giving it attention it doesn't deserve by commenting. "Storage space" underneath the stairs. The part of the house that's "still in the construction phase". My God, appalling listing. This house is worth as much as anyone if willing to pay for it. It's not worth 200k, its absurd listing it for 600k+ and simple brings more chaos and uncertainty to the real estate market. I've been living in Croatia my entire life. I own real estate. Starigrad Paklenica is a small town which literally sucks. This is absurd, but I'm glad I took a look at this video.
Tune down the autism and yea some points stand... but realistically no real estate in Croatia is then worth anything.. market dictates the price.. people often sell inflated price and that's the reason we are where we are. Someone is willing to pay for it.
@@DavorOh Oh it is...like i said.. i don't disagree.. i just mean your delivery is a bit autistic...value of Croatian real estate market is super inflated...but so are many other things. The main issue is not the price but the people willing to pay for something like this this much that keep the market going higher and keeping the price as it is. But yea... insane price.
Yes, just for comparison, for this price one can get a newly built modern stone villa, completely furnished and set-up, with a wine cellar, a swimming pool and an astroturfed mini football field in the backyard. That's on the market as I write this. This? This is ridiculous.
This one is from the past, still a few more to go. Yeah he’s born and bred in London. He’s not returned yet but hopes to by the end of this year or start of next year 😄
my father is from sukosan actually so i have a house close to where you started the video off at, glad you like it and yes as far as turist are concerned it is a lot better now there is way too many people there during summer so we are looking forward to fall and winter. and the beaches you talked about yes there are not many in sukosan the marina side we locals basicaly never go to we go either on the oposite side of the sea from where you started the video like that peninsula has some good places also the oposite side of it is good if you have kids. but for some more relaxing beaches with less people you just follow the road towards biograd and there should be plenty places there. i live in zadar so usualy since i also spearfish i wana be alone at the beach so “novigradsko more” is good for that its a small sea about 25 minutes from sukosan and has a lot of kinda “wild” beaches which is what i prefer. cool video nice to see
Two important things about Croatia. 1: Only once you leave Croatia, you realize how nice it is. 2 Winter months are too underestimated. In reality, it is actually much more peaceful, cleaner, quiter, and more enjoyable than summer months.
Hello how are you😊 it was hot here also like 30 c past two weeks, i’m tired after this summer, i stay positive i ended crap😊2 months ago, blessing to your family bro
There is nothing better than get stuck in some village in the winter during a snowstorm with good people and lots of meat and drink xD So that's what people do during winter... they get stuck...
It's a beautiful location, but it's too expensive. In general the house is nice, but it needs lots updates and repairment. It will be sold but for much less, as the real-estate prices are starting to drop. Good luck Dušan in your new venue.
Suludo sve skupa.

@@Dusan.Grujic there are three constituent peoples in Bosnia AND Hercegovina. Serbians, Croatians and muslims/BOSNIAKS. No 'bosnians'. if you want to use that term maybe be respectful to Hercegovians too & don't forget them
@@elreydelmundo8499 yeah and who in the world would address anyone from Bosnia like that apart from obsessed extremist nationalists from ex Yugoslavia countries. Yeah that’s right.. no one.
@@Dusan.Grujic referring to a people by their preferred/correct name is polite not nationalistic. Peoples have names/identifies. They are not geographic regions. You need to learn difference between peoples and geographies. try your approach while in Dalmatia and refer to someone from Livno, Siroki, Mostar as a 'bosnian'.
@@elreydelmundo8499 At this point I think you're being a 'Karen'. If I did what you said then I wouldnt be able to call Croatian 'Croatians or Serbians 'Serbs' Im Serbo-Croatian, would I expect someone to know that or address me like that? the answer is no I dont care, there is plenty or bosnian -croats in Benkovac but all the Croats call them Bosanci. Maybe this issue is just in Bosnia.
