When you said you had both lunch and dinner in the college. Do you mean in the international house, Also does it mean the school provides food for international students
The college I was staying at was international house. And my stay there included all 3 meals. However not all colleges include meals so it’s important to check
Bonus tip: I’ve been training properly in the gym for about 4 years at this point (no more newbie gains) and I’ve started incorporating deload weeks once every 3-6 weeks. This is when I cut volume by half, and reduce load and intensity. It really helps to reduce accumulated fatigue and helps me push hard and progress in my gym workouts. If you’ve been training hard for a while and been stuck in a plateau, give it a try.
