In other words, if you want to post your vacation or road trip videos shot from a drone on RU-vid, or another media site, and if the site decides to monetize your video, you could be in trouble! What business it is of the FAA to restrict videos on public media sites, be it makes money or not is none of the business of the FAA, which is clearly a case of government overreach! Obviously, the real objective is to reduce the amount of hobby drones in favor of the more expensive drones of government and corporate drones, which will pay the FAA shakedown so they can make money! It's not just anti-DJI, it's all drones and parts from China, since all hobby drones are made in China and the US does not make hobby drones and probably won't, and certainly not at the level of DJI or other Chinese drones! It's not that the US can't compete, it's just that it won't because there is a lot more money top be made in the high end drones!
This video convinced me to get into synthesizers and start making music again. Seven years later I've never come to close to anything this fantastic, but I've had a lot of fun trying and made a surprising number of friends along the way.
