Funny thing about Skywars Sword, th egame does not use a sensor bar for aiming, all done with the motion plus. Awesome evice, I just got mine and not set it up yet
Thanks for a very to-the-point video. The input lag on Wiimote sensor motion isn't tiny but masssive! Easily over ten frames. And for me a deal breaker.
Hey I know this video is ancient at this point, but I found my Mayflash Dolphinbar in a box and wanted to get it working with the latest Dolphin, I can't figure it out though. I have Real Wiimote selected, the Wiimote is paired to the bar, it's in Mode 4, and Continuous Scanning is enabled. But, no vibration, and the controller doesn't seem to be working in Dolphin. Any thoughts?
Just abit of advice for you all dont buy the switch oled as it will suffer from burn in eventually. It uses the same screen as most samsung flagship phones and no matter how careful I am I managed to get burn in on all my phones. Why do companies insist on using this technology when clearly it suffers from these serious flaws. Buy the normal switch with the 6.2 inch lcd screen instead.
the wiimote pairs, the light is on, but when i launch the game supermario galaxy for example, its like the wiimote isn't plugged in. Wonder if i got a faulty bar. Update: I can use the wiimote as a mouse for my computer, but the dolphin doens't seem to work with it.
I did the exact same…but in 2023. Been, and still am a PS5 boy, but just fancied some of the Nintendo exclusive more ‘fun’ games. So so so happy with the decision too. The OLED Switch is great. I keep my PS5 for the more serious GOW etc…games and Switch for the fun stuff.
I tried telling myself it wasn't worth the upgrade, but before I knew it the 2017 switch I had "magically" turned into a switch oled. so far I am really enjoying the new screen since I primarily play in handheld.
i got it just this month just few days ago, im so late but glad i got it, and next year i thnk they are going to release a new nintendo so glad i got to spend 1 year with this old gaming device but good, also hopefully they consider lowering the game price cuz it's insane
I bought a Lite the first time around and absolutely loved it. It felt like my old Gameboy! But when the Oled came out, it was a great time to upgrade. I'd had a go on my brother's original switch in handheld, and it felt inferior as an experience to the Lite (despite the bigger screen). The Oled is definitively better in handheld than both, and offers all the docked capability the Lite didn't. Love mine, there's no better handheld gaming experience right now.
The OLED is my third Switch. I’ve owned the grey model, never played it, Mario red and blue, barely played it. The OLED… I can’t help but play it, this is by far the coolest system I’ve ever owned. The screen is phenomenal for a handheld. Ethernet and kickstands are much appreciated. Awesome system.
Why they say “is it still worth it in 2022??” Like the thing came out 27 years ago or some shit. Yes, all switches are still worth it in 2022, regardless of the shitty one coming out early 2023
i def. want an OLED Switch but I'm waiting for next year until Tears of the Kingdom drops ;and if a new Switch "Pro" comes out, I'm getting that instead.
I don't understand, I try to download the ISO's from Emuparadise, but when I try to download the PAR2 file, I can't open it. And it doesn't become a ROM.
Just got my switch oled. Coming from pc and ps5 I really like the Exclusive games Nintendo has the offer. And of course Mario! I don’t see myself playing any ports because I have more powerful systems that can handle that.
I feel it needs a per game profile for vivid/standard mode. Definitely looks better on some games than others. I got my OLED last week for Live A Live, my first switch game in nearly two years. Looking forward to catching up on Triangle Strategy, Arceus, and other bangers between now and Scarlet.
I too am inside in poor health, so right now it's all about, NetFlix. Prime Video. Google TV. RU-vid Red. RU-vid. RU-vid Music. Daily Motion. Vimeo. Spotify. Deezer. CastBox. PS. Nintendo. Xbox. Analogue. And Soon, Valve too. I still have & play on my PS VITA 3G V1's, so I'm used to the amazing OLED Panels, picture darker blacks & overall quality. But my NNSW V2's weren't too bad in comparison, really. However, there's definitely a distington between my NNSW LE V2's vs my NNSW V3 OLED. And once you've unboxed it, thoroughly examined it & then put it through it's paces. It's so obvious, that it should have been the model available, to all gamers at launch, as many in the same mindset, like yourself & myself, in this instance, have previously said. But I've gotta get another NNSW, to back my current one up. In the near future. But my sights are set on my Steam Deck's, possibly coming first, further down my gaming road.
I know it's way early but I'm saving money to buy two Nintendo switch OLED for Xmas one for my daughter and the other for a friend of mine thank you for the video
I don't know if it's worth $50 extra. I bought a 77" OLED TV. I'll be on the couch most of the time. But I did sell my original launch switch in 2020 for over $400 in hopes a 4k switch would be released with Zelda this year... I'm not waiting anymore. there's games I want to play.
