Hi Scott! Thanks for the store shoutout! Sorry about the package, believe it or not it’s the only package I’ve had an issue with since I started the distro! …and since UPS transferred it to the local post office they take no responsibility for the damage and denied my claim. What a racket! Shout out to George too! Great channel, just subbed! Cheers! Eddie
Any chance you’ll get a limited run of The American Way by Sacred Reich on your record label? I recently purchased the Heal album. It’s been long out of print. I have a copy of the Displeased records remastered edition, but I’m curious what a Rob Colwell version would sound like.
Newer priest isnt priest ,they have one member left, and if i want thrash ill get a real thrash band, last album that was real priest was defenders of the faith ,dont give me.that painkillers crap with their replacement musicians
Hi Scott!!! Can't actually the post can deliver a package like that, what are they (not) thinking..... Anyhow, that's cool stuff (VCLT) and yes George is a nice VC guy and shows a lot of great music. cheers and be well
Hi Scott. I'm a rural carrier at the post office. You should be able to file a claim on that with the post office. Save the box and record. Sadly there are some employees that don't care. I really enjoy your videos! Good luck!
Hey Scott so good seeing you and another mail video. Very cool package from George, too bad about the BAT album even though it now resembles a flying bat but very nice of him to resend another straighter copy for your listening pleasure. Nice HTH T-shirt, looks awesome btw ! Enjoy the album, new cd and the rest of your weekend…heading over to check out George’s channel! Take care! ~ Jeff
I'm glad you liked the shirt. It still makes me mad they bent that box and record like that Hope you enjoy the Vincent Crowley album too! Thanks again Scott!🤘
Yup, Holy Moses does have a ton of albums out. Svart label I have a few pick ups on that label. Metal Round Table rocks. I have some Confessor on cd. Killer Krokus. Love the Schenker. Love Humble Pie especially the Marriott era. The newer Frampton albums are good and not poppy. Those Deathrow vinyls are pricey and hard to find, I do have those 1st 3 on cd.
Doctor Eddie Ganja Here Iat a young age I got into Rock music and the 2 Bands that blew me away were Deep Purple and Black Sabbath Sabbath became my all time favorite band in 1974 still are Love your Chanel it rules and your Buddy's Chanel Blackmore Rules My favorite Guitar player is Blackmore I also love Frank Marino keep Rocking !!!!
Michael Stanley Band was from Cleveland Ohio. They have done a lot of albums and everyone is good in my humble opinion. My favorites are "Ladies Choise","Heartland",and "You Cant Fight Fashion"...!
That Roth boot looks interesting. Ladies night/Buffalo and Shy Boy were tunes Billy brought over from his band Talas. Sheehan also turned Roth on to Kim Mitchell and they demo'd Kids in Action off of Kim's first EP. I've been looking for the Roth demo version forever ...I thought for a minute the demo u showed here may have had it. The hunt continues. Awesome stuff all around🔥
I just had to comment on the GNR part, cause I am neither the biggest fan in the world of that band, and I find it strange sometimes that bands with so few releases has such a big following. I like appetite. It is a great album, but the use you illusions could also be great if they just made it into one album. so in my mind it is how I think about that band. They have two great albums, and the rest is just a messy discography where it is completely not interesting at all.
If you're digging repulsion, you might want to checkout the bands terrorizer and Autopsy. Some of the best bands that mix death, grindcore, and extreme thrash.
I think it's funny that you described repulsion's sound as crossover death metal or death metal with punk influences. I mean, you nailed it perfectly but whats funny about it is you gave a texbook definition of old school grindcore without saying old school grindcoe. But dang it really shows that you have an ear for music
A poser is someone who looks the part, dresses The part, wear metal band shirts just for fashion, but their heart is not truly in it! They don't truly like hard rock and heavy metal. That is the definition of a poser!,....... It's also steel dragon, but that's a whole nother story on why they're posers!
Love you Scott. Great video today,... The only thing I disagree with you on is, most people thought that Axl Rose did a terrible job singing live, for AC/DC. I did too. I hated it. , cudo's to him to help them out though. I'm definitely going to check out within the fire and see what they sound like.
I sell on ebay, in fact you bought a CD from me and reissued it on one of the labels. That guy on ebay is wrong, you should take pictures of the item you're selling not use a stock photo and expect people to read and figure it out. At least put please read description in the title. Love the channel!!!
That Within The Fire album is excellent. Great vocals and melodies. Glad I checked it out. Will be in my rotation for a while. The first Confessor album has amazing drum work. Worth checking out.
Scott - Deathrow I have never ever seen anyone mention this at all I had this album back in 80s. I also thought that Assassin was amazing I had 2 of their 80s albums. Assassin 2nd album that blue one I forgot the name was really good they had a song on there called Junkfood funny as heck.
Hi Scott!!! another cool update/haul and always nice to see the new addition to your awesome collection.... I'm actually listening to the new Cloven Hoof and yes it was a surprise to see the Tyrant now in the band, good record too. Nice to see more german lesser know thrash bands like Holy Moses, Paradox or Deathrow, killer stuff. btw you a poser?? yeah so is Lemmy, stupid kids. cheers and be well
I Took AC/DC Highway to Hell to 4th or 5th grade show and tell and blasted it to the whole class! Remember the bulky heavy duty turntables teachers had in the classroom. Or in music class 1978
Holy Moses and Paradox are both quality thrash 🤘🤘 both bands early albums are absolutely killer. I do need to check out later stuff from them both. Great update mate
