After Mum died she "came" to me every night for 37 months. The sittingroom light would well up slowly then die down gradually after I went to it and felt intense love fvery time. The day the bilb popped, that night for the very last time, the bulb lit up the way it always had. I hadnt changed the bulb. Love never dies. ❤

I fast for a few days before my date of birth for each month (16th). I only drink water and take vitamins during that time. I have not been able to find a meditative practice that would allow me to open my pineal gland. I have more clarity of mind and energy than I used to have. I quit eating sugar 40 days ago. I watch all labels and forbid myself anything with added sugar. This has caused me to lose some body fat. My desire to be creative is more intense. Food is also more favorable.
