Deathstalker is so clearly ahead of Fatebound in m+ it's not even funny. It's so much stronger either DS needs to be nerfed or FB needs to be buffed. The reason why it's so much stronger is because Ass rogue is one of the best funnel classes in the game so while you're focusing down your primary target you're doing more damage in aoe and the more damage you're doing in aoe the more damage you're doing to your primary target making it a feedback loop that absolutely slaps in m+ packs. It also has the benefit of being a bosskiller spec. So if you plan on playing rogue I'd recommend you learn how DS function in m+ because right now it is the best option of the two by far

The damage output is too low dude. If you add the survability (gets 1 shot in high keys or needs to spend like 100 hours in bear that lowers move the dmg...). They should bake cat to be able to enter bear form free and use Cat spells for like 5 sec after he enters bear form. And that to be able once every 30 sec. Also all dmg needs like 20% more. It is crazy low compared to other classes(not all ofc)

I have 0 interest in the elune's chosen right now. I want to like the DotC, but I'm still worried about how the guardian and class trees line up even after the change around. It will never not feel bad being forced to take abilities you cannot make use of like rejuv which kicks out of bear to get detox and then being short 2-3 points at the bottom unable to take QoL things you really want like the catweave talent.

@@spanosjono7283 Easier to pick up, and easier to get bored with. Run in, put moonfires up, trash, spam iron fur and pop the elune ability on cooldown. It's so boring that I had to make me a prot warrior with the highest APM just to make up for it. Ad never seeing gear ugh...
The problem with assination is the fundamental issue with all our damage coming from stealth, if we cant leave combat we can't do any damage, and blizzard keeps papering over the cracks with giving is damage % buffs but means we are either incredible or absolutely terrible, assination is flawed and death stalker is a absolute joke we have 6 seconds to get our aoe up and now we need to ambush? No rogue wants to ambush from stealth it is completely against the rotation, who hell designs this stuff!?
"No rogue wants to ambush from stealth" is a crazy statement.. considering that's actually what we want, but we don't want it to be part of rotation, ambush since vanilla. Always came from stealth/openers. As an opener, that's it, not randomly mid fight.
@SupernaturalWalrus Because Ambush is available to use, it doesn't mean that rogues WANT to use it. We want to be using Garrotte coming out of Stealth to amp their damage during the duration
For me assassination is by far the worst designed spec for m+. (if you ignore augvoger that is) To do any damage you need to enter every combat from stealth. Then when you start combat from stealth you have 6 seconds to spread your Garrote and Rupture on as many targets as possible. This completely disqualifies Deathstalker hero tree as valid choice for m+. Also tank is prevented from doing any kind of chain pools. Whenever there is a situation where new enemies appear in a fight you cannot compete on damage with other classes, you simply cannot spread bleeds efficiently. It makes zero sense how they designed whole spec around attacking from stealth, without any tool to enter stealth in combat, other than 2min. cd Vanish. It is insane how the whole spec for AOE is designed around Indiscriminate Carnage.... After class tree changes Echoing Reprimand is used in every situation, it only adds another layer of frustration where you are gambling to get specific number of combo points. I know that assassination is maintenance spec, but they overdid it in my opinion. It is interesting to see that there are still some people who enjoy it.
I main assination and you summed it up perfectly my friend, it has to be one of the stupidest designed specs in the game for mythic plus. And they keep trying to paper over the cracks with % damage increases whilst not addressing the fundamental issue with indiscriminate carnage being the only way to aoe. Who ever designed death stalker needs to lose there job, we have 6 seconds to do any aoe now we need to fit in a ambush in there too!? Who the hell designed this? Just make it the first target we garrote in combat simple! It's like the rogue designer does not play rogue at all or they don't have one and some retard on work experience is designing the spec.
assassination is horseshit indeed for m+, but saying that you need stealth to do damage is also untrue. yes it makes it easier, but honestly nothing can survive the vanish deathmark kingsbane anyway so you can freely just use vanish to spread dots. if your only way to do any meaningful damage is forcing stealthed pulls then you're playing assassination wrong or you're prioritising the wrong numbers to see.

I just love the feeling of being a laser bear so I’m looking forward to this hero talent. Also thinking that Elune’s Favored combined with Ursoc’s Fury and the new talent making Thrash do Arcane damage is going to make Thrash such a crucial and beneficial button to hit on CD.
Awful, destroyed the class for no reason. They hired 5 year olds that never played wow who copy and pasted a few talents around the tree and ruined it. No expel harm or skyreach? Statues are gone? You removed a bunch of stuff.
Statues should be gone, for the longest time it felt like we were just playing a worse Enhancement Shaman, statues & Xuen = totems. I main WW for the sole reason it has a lot of buttons to press and a challenging mastery however statues needed to go. "Destroyed the class for no reason..." Lmao.
Hold on, druid of the claw absolutely change your gameplay. Maybe not in pve but in pvp it does. The spec evolves around bigger bites, sure but most importantly around constantly shifting from cat to bear and from bear to cat to maintain bear's armor and health (or 80% of them). This is a really big change in gameplay whereas stalker plays on bleed and hots wich is basically how feral have been played for the most part of the last decade at least.
I haven't been on the beta to test out the hero talents but from pre-patch I'm so torn between prot warrior and prot paladin. I always play both for mythic plus but really want to choose one to main so my 2nd tank can be one with different armor type. Do you have any input between the two? Im good with off healing as prot paladin but having charge and multi stuns and that lightning looks badass for prot warrior.

Shaman don’t need winsheer give earth shock back. Enhance shaman shouldn’t HAVE to go fiery weapon offhand but dual windfury due to the maelstrom they want us to generate(eye roll). They gave enhance shaman more buttons to press and made them casters with their instant cast trash. Enhance shaman are dead on arrival.
