There is no best. I use anything from bareknuckle all the way up to 18s. Matter of fact, where's the 18s in this video lol? Those will do the most for building speed and endurance. Not to mention making any hard punch feel like nothing on the bag. But anyways, there is no best and no right and wrong. Personally I would go with 10s, 14s, and 18s for the heavy bag. Everything in between is unnecessary.
Personally my favorite long combo I know I'll never hit irl is jab cross jab body cross left body hook left hook hook right kick step to the left left hook right elbow knee
You and that punching bag need to get a room theirs kids watching for christ sake! Your punching bag is hung like a horse. This looks like prison shower rape dodging training.
@@MaxJamesboxing terrible because I can barely get a 1 2 combination. I tire after a 10 minutes of bag work. I dropped yesterday and got 16 oz. The difference is amazing I can throw full commotions and practice my feints better. Thanks man 👍
😂 yeah man that sounds a lot better, get used to small gloves so you can do those exact things u explained. I used to use bigger gloves too and now i switched to 10 oz most of the time. Good luck keep it up 🙏🫡
What do you recommend for bagwork and mittwork I’ve been using 14 oz this whole time on everything so I’ve been thinking of getting either 10 or 12 oz gloves. Also what brand do you recommend is good for a budget
