I just got my first sensy warmer. And im glad i did i been in the market for a warmer but didn't know which one to get. Then my friend started selling sensy so i order from her and im glad i did.. Go go mango smells good.
I buy Scentsy because of my friend, though. She is a devoted consultant. She is very passionate about the company. I only buy Scentsy cubes from her just to help pump up her sales.
I have a walmart warmer and the scent faded away after 1 hour... I bought a scentsy from a co worker and I finally used it today I had them for a month but were xmas gifts. Anyway I put it on since 230 ... it's now 1030 and the smells still going strong. Loving it.
Great vid. Just purchased my first warmer. I had it plugged in for an hour. After I turned it off and the wax cooled down, can I reuse the wax that is still in the warmer or should I just throw it out?
A tip; when removing the wax, all you have to do is let it cool, then put it in the freezer for a few minutes, and bingo! The wax will almost drop out! You don't need the knife to scrape it out.

you're so fuckin bias on Scentsy it's a damn shame,home and garden, is a great product, $2.00 a pack. it's so strong I have to cut it off it starts to over power, the whole house.just my opinion everybody's entitled to one.
I have the Walmart better homes and garden plug-in warmers and they work just as well as the Scentsy. I think depending on the scent, even better. As far as taking a cube out of the packaging, I've never had a problem. Never had to use a knife to get the cube out. Taking the melted wax out the plug in, is not this complicated. Detach the warmer from the plug in, put it in the freezer for 1-2 minutes and it pops right out. I've never had my Better Homes and Garden wax cubes crumble. Just saying!!😌
Just to let you know, citrus scents are the scents that run out the quickest while land and wood scents last the longest. I just wanted to let you all know!
I'm not a Scentsy rep but I can say that I have a Walmart warmer and Scentsy wax bars. I wasn't to fond of the Walmart scents. Just my opinion. I agree that he Walmart wax is harder, and it looses its smell quickly. The warmer gets very hot! I have kids, so I'm going to actually buy a Scentsy warmer soon. I found out that the Scentsy warmers are safer and don't get as hot. It's going to be better for me and my family. And also the Scentsy warmers are nicer looking. But if I had to choose just based on the wax I'd choose Scentsy...
This is old video however, I have a better homes brand warmer from Walmart and the better homes brand wax and its been just great ! The wax is just fine too. Now, they have much more to choose from. Its a lot less expensive than scentsy. The better homes brand wax is very fragrant! Now they do have a cheaper wax that isn't as good. I think this is to boost scentsy sales- Ill stick with mine. These days they have even more to choose from!
To me honest I had a walmart warmer because I live in a basement I had 🐜 in it. My sister bought me a scentsy warmer roller skate one ☝️ I ❤️ it. Walmart wax and dollar 💵 general wax does not last long I am ordering scentsy wax it last longer.
Wow! Stumbled upon this video and I'm amazed at all the crazy comments. First off, it's pretty obvious that this is a bias "review" (ridiculously obvious actually). The grunting when the wax is being scrapped out about 8:30 is hilarious! You could warm the wax until it's a touch soft and avoid that completely. lol Which is likely why the Scentsy wax was so flexible. Probably turned it on to warm a bit when you started the video. I'm using Yankee warmers that are working well and on sale for about 1/3 of the Scentsy price. Works for me! Warms the wax without burning it and I can pick it up including the edge of the removable dish at any time. Never gets too hot. I realize this video is a bit older, but Walmart.com DOES sell many plug-in and lighted plug-in warmers now and I'm sure in the store as well, although I haven't looked there. If anyone is worried about toxins in the wax (it's mostly in the fragrance that's added) you could easily make these yourself. Get some non GMO soy wax and add palate free fragrance oils and/or Organic Essential Oils. Viola! Much cheaper and completely non-toxic. Just search Google for the supplies.
I can tell she is a scentsy seller! ahaha and honestly right now I am burning better homes and it is strong. I can smell it in the other room! Stop it! ahah and they have a lot of selection now for pots and waxes. People who are saying oh scentsy give out blah blah. Those people selling it to u ... Don't they pay out of pocket!?! all these people I see selling scentsy has to buy all this stuff and buy all this extra product to do giveaways... I just cant be spending money to do that. If they are going to do that then the company needs to give me money and stuff to be selling their product! ahaha I am not going to pay for overpriced waxes. And for someone says yeah but it pays an American citizen well this product has people paying out of pocket for the product and promote out of their pocket and to pay to make it look nice and pay to ship out that product. I hope the return on selling it is that good.
I have used the Better Homes wax from Wal-Mart on my Scentsy warmer, and they smell really good, but they don't last as long as the Scentsy wax cubes. Also, keep in mind that the warmers and bases sold at Wal-Mart are factory-made, so if you are looking for a unique, high-quality piece of decor for your home, Scentsy warmers and diffusers are hand-crafted. Yes, you pay more, but it's worth the price. I don't sell Scentsy, just so you know, but I haven't been able to find a Scentsy representative in my area, so I will be ordering from their website soon.

Comparing anything is subjective and opens the door for all kinds nonsense. People are quick to tell you how your OPINION is wrong and theirs is right, lol. Some people swear by Kmart some people love Macy's and still others insist on Chanel. Some people think roses smell amazing, I think they smell horrible. It's called personal preference, lol. I don't understand why folks get irritated or offended. You love your brand ♥ They are welcome to ♥ theirs. When is the last time folks were angry with McDonald's for constantly stinging our eyes and ears with commercials, print ads, radio ads and billboards? *crickets. lol. Do your thing and forget the rest!
I've bought several Walmart warmers and most of them broke. The wiring or something messed up and they kept blowing the bulbs repeatedly. They WERE very nice while they lasted, but the quality was just not very good in my experience. The wax was pretty difficult to remove in my experience also. 😕 Therefore, I'm giving Scentsy a try. So far, so good. I like that it doesn't burn as hot. I hurt myself quite a few times with the Walmart warmers VS my kids have stuck their hands in my Scentsy warmer 😩😤 like it was nothing.
I think the Walmart Brand has improved quite a bit since you did this video...not so much the warmers, but with the bars of wax . There are now at least 70-80 different wax scents at my local Walmart. They break off just as easy as my scentsy bars, and when they are done I put the ceramic holder with the wax in my freezer for 3-4 min, and the wax slides right out with not even a prying knife and they have never ever crumbled on me.. Many of the Walmart bars I place in my Scentsy plug in with just one piece smell up my whole 2,700 square foot home. I do think the scentsy wax is just a bit better, however the scentsy warmers are are still way nicer than any of sensational Walmart ones. I think the Walmart Wax is a fabulous option for those who cannot afford Scentsy.
nicolekelly have you ever heard of the "freedom of speech" And let me remind you that you are the one that is harassing "Sarah" and others. I have no idea on what you are saying you have screen shots of what "Sarah" said as I did see the serious harassment on your part towards her and others because they love and believe in Scentsy and not the other knock off brands and that you and others make the instant connection that those who say they only like Scentsy are consultants is stereotyping on your part. What was said to you by people you deserved as you were and still continue to bully them with threats of screen shots and comments of judging you to be ten years old, who says that to someone who is defending herself and others against you. All you do is continue to go after certain posters time and time again and guess what that is harassment no matter what words you were called or who people choose to defend and respond to you. It's not against the law to have those that posted in response to your comments and harassment and bullying anything they want. And the amazing thing is knowing my consultant as well as others out there and hearing from them how afraid they are to even open up and say anything because of there so called "scentsy family" who they all call the "compliance police" and make waves and comments as you have towards people and threats, and yes I have read your threats, are consultants just out looking to get people in trouble with the main company they sell for. I know that the posters who removed there replies did so because of how bad your threats and harassment was getting to them and others. You either Love Scentsy, Sell Scentsy, Buy Scentsy or you hate it and use other brands, it is a matter of choice and you started the harassment war so I don't blame them for no longer wanting anything to do with people like yourself. I hope they reported you to RU-vid for harassment and bullying.
