Human beings do not use their neurons. After the warranty expires, Tesla does not care if you changed the oil or not. If it broke because of this or that, I will sell you a new one. That is your problem.😂
Hi, usually the squeaks are coming from anything that has a movement but specifically this one when I hit a pothole it doesn't have a squeak when it's all warmed up already, but only an initial cold and when the car hasn't been used for a while eventually the squeak goes away, but since I lubed it, the squeak went away, so it's always good to just try to lube it if you lube yours then if it goes away, then you know it's part of your ball joints, but if the squeak still there then After a lube it, then it might be your struts. Make sure on your struts it has no leaks or the top mount is not broken.
So I loosened up the rear bumper the way you did it on the video, but when it came to loosing up the rear garnish with the pry tool it wasn't working for me, any easier way to get it out
If this is the first time removing the garnish, it will be really stiff , if u look at the tabs there is a locking lil tabs on them push out with force while prying the tabs.
Dude, there wasn’t anything wrong with the original but a very superficial scratch. Now you have to worry about cleaning it every time you sweat or spill something on it.
Hi, thanks for your video. I recently bought a used model 3, and the rear shock absorber was found to be leaking and making noises. Thanks for your tutorial. by the way, how is this aftermarket parts so far? Do I need to do an alignment after the replacement? thanks
@@beihanshu2291 My pleasure, the after market price is awesome, rides like factory but better since newer part, as long as u dont touch any of the alignment bolts, i didnt have to align mine, but always good to align.
@@car-lo In my area, they seem to target Tesla. All services for Tesla will be more expensive, haha. Anyway, thank you for your advice and looking forward to your new videos, have a good one~
Thank you for the wiring release info. I couldn't get mine to separate at first. I was able to rent the tool from Advance Auto. When I returned it, I got all of my money back😊
Hey there! I don’t have a problem with my clock spring but I watched this video to see how you can remove the cruise control buttons on the right side of the steering wheel. It looks like you just take the airbag out and then theres one bolt holding the button assembly in? Also, what year is your truck? You have the same button configuration as mine which I cannot seem to find on the internet. Thank you!!
When it comes to the wing you purchased, I'm confident that it didn't have a clear coat on it. The shine you observed is likely a result of the epoxy used in the wet lay process, rather than an actual clear coat. In my experience, when I obtain carbon fiber parts from a company, I always engage in a wet sanding process using 600 grit sandpaper. Following this, I meticulously apply automotive clear coat to ensure a flawless and durable finish. This approach has consistently proven effective in addressing the lack of clear coat and enhancing the overall quality of the carbon fiber parts.
I recently bought similar side markers like this and was wondering what the red wire was for since i was never informed of that it also had the option of being used as a turn signal. So I have a question, I cant clearly tell where you go with the red wire or what you connect it to beside cutting open the isolation tube. To what exactly am i supposed to connect the red wire to in the tube?
Find the blue wire on the driver side US spec. On time line 4:09 . I opened the blue wire and tied or attached the red wire to it. Green wire on passenger 07:02 .
Im getting a P0116 code which is the temperature sensor. Is the sensor back there in the same area ? I know theres one in front of the radiator on the hose but it must be the one on the thermostat. By the way would regular coolant be ok to top it off ?
Hi, ENGINE COOLANT TEMPERATURE SENSOR next to the firewall removal of engine cover u will be able to see it? Sticks out as well. Coolant 50/50 are somewhat all the same exception of different colors or dye manufacturers use.
I think gen 2 is similar idea but placement of the hooks might be different, two big hooks on top, small ones on the bottom might be three small ones on the bottom start on the bottom corner close to the base.
I bought one of these for my 2011 GV8, STI sedan. I like that I can see how it will fit with a similar rear wing. Seeing this video, it doesn't match exactly the main plank on the rear wing. They blacked that out for my model year Subie. 3rd gen. I don't care too much about that as I'm going to use it anyway but still... Wish they didn't hid the gaps.
Changjng my thermostat right now. Formoco part on the driveway, letting the engine cool off a little more. Ho much coolant leaked to the ground when swapping the thermostat out?
Not much bro since i think i clamped it, but fill it up before u run the car, then watch it while warming up the engine add if needed to the line when it is warm. Best of luck it is tricky!
The picture of the "before" is actually considered restored by most people's standards. If you take a completely fogged up lens and buff it up with a headlight cleaner, you get the "before" image. The "after" image in this thumbnail is a new lens.
Good job that came out pretty nice. I have a 2018 M3 and a 2022 MY and always thought the interior was a bit on the cheapish side. This is an improvement
