This is how I solved me pesky squeak noise or sound on my Tesla model 3 during cold mornings. Enjoy and please don't forget to subscribe God bless take care, everyone.
Use a jack to lift the wheel-assy when assembling the ball joint again. (Which seems VERY loose btw). I believe the sound normally comes from the ball joint and not the bushings as most tend to only inject grease into the rubber boot and thats it. Wonder how you got grease inside the bushings and not just plastering it around them without any real use.
Hi Luis, have u check the play of the ball joint? And the shock tower when it happens try to lube them to make sure they are not worn. And I hope it is not your power steering rack.
