@ctalcantara1700 Shelly Ann was 21 and Sha'carri was 19 or 18. Flo Jo was 28 years old with a pb of 10.96. This is equivalent to Gabby Thomas running 10.49 next year.
She consistently was running mid 11 seconds and then broke 11 this year. This could be better seasons, better training. I am surprised that she did not break 11 in 2021, but I guess all the improvements eventually culminated this season.

Ta Lou could finally win an Olympic medal if she does not give too much too soon. Shelly-Ann looked assured in the heats, as we could tell just before the race started. I think she will be on the podium. I expect that Sha’Carri should also qualify comfortably to the final. Whatever happens, it will be a real battle to compete for a medal. Some will be disappointed.
