It’s pretty typical of a lot of the so called “reporters” They do not consume any news. They often possess only a minimum of critical thinking skills and it often shows up in how they cover incidents like this
Murdered in cold blood? Moment you see the video of how this happened you realize he got exactly what he asked for. Sad. Avoidable & preventable - he pulled a gun on the driver. You do not use firearms when you are on the offense or you will die.if u use it against someone else who’s armed. How it works - her husband was a thug & perfect example of how NOT to act while armed. Pathetic

I don't think the guy in the green shirt was attempting to use his gun because he swapped it to his left hand, but the guy in the white truck had already made up his mind and rightfully so.
Gun safety rules "TREAT EVERY WEAPON AS IF IT'S LOADED" another is "NEVER POINT AT ANYTHING YOU DO NOT INTEND TO SHOOT" This is why I think every one who has a weapon needs to go to a gun safety course.

I dealt with those kind of people from outside where they are from, They act tough and think we will back off, now if you are going to act tough back it up don't bring 10 of your other Boyfriends to fight your battle. No kidding, he was Indian, I'm very surprised. The first still picture I saw on another channel I thought he was white and then when I later saw a video, I thought he was Hispanic. I agree with everything you said except I believe you put too much emphasis on him being from India because I don't think it's a cultural issue at all. This guy was just an idiot. Not having the proper emotional intelligence to carry a firearm runs the gamut on Americans of all races, too. That being said, I will say I also believe if the races had been reversed (I'm assuming the pickup truck driver was white), the charges would NOT have been dropped so easily. It is actually not crystal clear to me the self defense shooting was justified.
