I served 17 years in the British army, as both a logistics technician and as a military skills and adventure training instructor, where I gained extensive knowledge in team building skills and leadership training. Since leaving the army I have worked mainly as a support engineer in the IT industry.

My love affair with cookery and travel has been with me as long as I can remember.
