I founded UrbanCondoSpaces.com. It is a blog dedicated to urban living and real estate in Seattle and Bellevue. I love Seattle and creating content to show the world a little more color on the Emerald City. You'll see videos about Seattle Neighborhoods, condo projects, cool properties and luxury penthouse lofts. Feel free to comment and leave suggestions or feedback. I want to share my community with you and create a fun spot for us to engage in everything that Seattle has to offer - especially the incredible condo market!
UrbanCondoSpaces.com is a Seattle Condo Blog & Real Estate Team - Market Data, Property Search, Condo Profiles, Market Analysis & New Construction Updates.
I am very intrigued by this project. My heart goes out to all the folks who have made a pre-purchase and will now have to walk away from their deposits. With rates now being so high, the new construction condo market downtown being a dumpster fire at the moment (especially Spire, Nexus, and Koda), and crime in the immediate area taking over I feel really bad for those people (I remember on that block 2 months ago that poor lady who was murdered in her car). Two of my friends participated in the pre-purchase and are now having to come to realization that it doesn't make any financial sense to close. I hope we will see some buyers take the plunge and follow through on these purchases. Maybe there will be some auctions for the remaining units and units that churn during closing like what happened at Olive8. What do you think, might this happen?
Westbank is a failed developer. I fully expect this building to have a ton of issues, when and if finished. They have multiple unfinished towers in Seattle.
Hey Alex, explain a bit further. They are currently under construction on several apartment buildings. Have you had a negative experience with Westbank?
A NY developer is building an office building between Escala and the Westin hotel. It will be twenty feet from the unit you are showing, making the unit almost worthless.
Thanks for the feedback. The unit already sold. The project you are referring to is owned by Douglaston Development. Yes, they are from NY. They applied for Land Use in 2016. They have yet to break ground and there is an active lawsuit. Would love for you to share the architectural drawing showing 20' in width from the buildings facade. DM me and I'll send you my email
Did they take you to Telus Gardens another Westbank development? Public realm there is amazing with the glass elevator to the subway, translucent sidewalk, wood beams..pretty amazing. I guess Seattle will be getting some of his signature Fazioli pianos. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-xc7REq-sY-k.html
I hate to be that guy but no open kitchen barely a master bedroom, and no backyard, but they want people to drop close to 2 milly, lol what am I missing?
Hey, the skyscrapers and cities in the US are always great to see. So nice place. And those luxury mega mansions and penthouses are so beautiful. I wish to afford such a penthouse in my life soon. What jobs could bring me to it? Many greetings from Germany 🇩🇪 😊
starting a business you on the area you know...will be first step...salary jobs wont get you 6-Mil apartments..you have to make mo payments of 6 million times 3 as income permonth means at leat 120K+ mo
No they have the money to prevent it from becoming Seattle. Bill gates and Jeff bezos live in Bellevue and many other high level execs for both Microsoft and amazon. Seattle screwed themselves by trying to tax amazon
why type of job do the people who can afford this place have? hopefully not those yuppie, limp wrist, "tech" workers.. is it like Saudi oil baron money?
