KYC was just a bunch of fields in the CRM and the processes that update those fields. All of a sudden eSIM created a possibility for a better signup process.

Is the Account ID the customers DID telephone number? Somewhere I missed where you link the physical DID number to the sip customer.

Hi @diegkol, Yes, you can set a customer’s DID number as an account ID during the account creation. In our example, we’re using an alphanumeric account ID because no DID number has been assigned to the customer yet.
