This channel is centered around the operations of a northeastern New Mexico cattle ranch that's has been in operation since 1906. I'm will, currently the fifth generation to operate this ranch. I do some farming, have a small cattle grow yard, and a custom hay operation.
😂😂😂 , he so ," yea ,white people have it so hard ,I'm Hispanic and Indian, get your info. Right if your white you get all the help, Hispanic never get help, , the denial all farm if you ain't white ,we even in an active law suit bc only the white ranchers and farmers get programs,
I have a JD566 with 20k bales and it’s still kicking out bales. Thought about a Massy but thanks to your video I’ll be going with another JD. Appreciate ya!
I got 2956a baler and it's junk compared to the 2756a I have It builds up hay in the front roller area to the point it gets so packed after 20 bales it burns your hands when you try to clean it out. 2756a does not do this cause it's better design with the reink roller as it keeps it clean
I really just focus on the ranch and mainly my feedlot now. I do a little custom work still but nothing like I was. Our farming started out really promising this year and then we got horribly hot for 2 months with no rain and that kinda messed it up. Still was able to put up some hay and quite a bit of silage from early spring. Have you posted anything lately? Don't think I've seen anything
Some people feed it. I feed it to them. They seem to do really well. I've had one ranch told me he liked it but would buy the hay for them a year out front so it would break down the lignin content and be more palatable so they wouldn't sort it out
that electric actuator back by the net wrap looks like there are wrench marks on that bolt that's hanging out? those actuators are usually too weak to break anything, Maybe someone did more than mess with the filter
a few lessons I learned from dealing with Livingston Machinery, When Livingston Machinery says something has been through their shop, they apparently mean the doors were open on both ends of the shop and your machine went right through the shop without stopping, Livingston's claims to offer 24/7 service during hay season, I guess that expires the day after you buy a baler from them, I ordered a moisture tester from them went to pick it up they said it was sold? I started raising Cain one of the guys said someone else had a brand new tester that didn't work he brought it in and picked up a new one? then someone claimed he found the one I ordered I took it home and guess what My tester didn't work, jaws dropped in the crowded lobby when I very loudly explained the fast one they pulled on me with the moisture tester.
